Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.

The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am

Overall decent stay. A lot of random fees! Wish we could’ve seen mermaid show on 12/16 but was cancelled due to weather. Still waiting on a call back for a refund for the $138 I paid for the show

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful

Location was great! Room was nice.

Stayed here before and after a Disney cruise. Our room before the cruise was very far away from the amenities, which was a bummer. Since it spans about a city block, it was a long walk with kids across the entire hotel to just grab some cereal at the coffee bar. You have to take an Uber or cab to get to other restaurants and shops in the area; nothing is walkable. There is only one restaurant that’s open at night and it’s not kid friendly. We Door Dashed food to our room a lot. For being a Disney affiliated hotel, it was surprisingly adult in its offerings. The front desk staff was hit or miss - some were wonderful and others were weirdly misinformed about the property. The beachside pool was great and the service staff there were fantastic. Beach was beautiful despite some seaweed. Be warned - we saw a lot of jellyfish, both dead and alive, so our kids didn’t spend much time in the water. Overall not my favorite place to stay but the convenience of the Disney transport is manly why we booked. Definitely would not stay again.

I stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. When I checked in, I was asked to provide a second form of ID as stated on their website could be a debit card. The woman at the front insisted I show a second form of photo ID after giving her my license. No where was this stated on their website. Other than that it was a nice stay. The only thing free is 2 bottles of water a day so if you want water stock up. The “private” beach is extremely crowded. Expect to walk every day for food and the wifi is TERRIBLE.

We enjoyed our stay after the 2nd day. First day was terrible. The room wasn't what i reserved, there are no drawers or space for a party of four. The view of the pool and ocean from our room is the only thing that kept us at B ocean. Front desk gave us wrong room, "told me i already pre booked, so here are some vouchers and taking one for the team". Not quite the response i wanted to hear, but we were there for our girls. The girl's are the ones that took one for the team having to sleep on a sofa sleeper. They promised the next day they would accommodate us but never did. We may or may not come to this establishment. I wouldn't recommend it either.

Far enough away from the loud bars and rowdy crowd, but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants.

They have a concert which is going on next week andnour ocean view room was more of a sunbelt equipment rental view from 2nd floor. There was mold on the ceiling we asked them to clean and nobody ever came to clean so i cleaned it. There are no windows so we couldnt air out the mustyness of the room. I prrsonally wiped up the mold and checked inside the ceiling air return cavity to find a leaky pipe mold and mouse poop which would be circulating in the air. The staff was friendly at the front desk, the pool and beach were nice but i wouldnt stay their again

The thing about the property it’s a beach property, I can’t tell you how many chairs were broken. If that’s where you make your money, reinvest it in the property, I lived in Fort Lauderdale for years. I remember the glory of the hotel back in the day, however, I found it, not clean in the bathrooms public areas. Some of the staff friendly while others bothered to do their job I come from a hotel background I’ve worked in four hotels I get it however, when the only two memorable people I remember were the two ladies that served me lunch by the pool After two days of staying there . I would say staff customer service needs attention. I wouldn’t stay there again not for 200 plus a night .

Our room was nice enough, but we had a clogged sink that had a slow drain that was never fixed during our stay. We absolutley loved the pool and beach service. Those people worked their butts off! I wish the security deposit required was posted on the website. We were not prepared to put up $125 per day for 5 days. It would have been nice to know we'd need to drop another $600 at check in.
