Qua oppervlakte is het appartement niet bijzonder groot. De inrichting is wel heel compleet voor Franse begrippen. Er is geen boiler maar onbeperkt warmwater. Eigen parkeerplaats achter een slagboom en een behoorlijke skilocker. Piste op 50 meter afstand.
