Quiet and safe. We booked a room for two. It was big and tidy. Nice experience overall.

If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it. First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :( However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room. Recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

The room with the double bed was a bit dark. We couldn’t find the card for room service but just the ‘do not disturb’ one. We didn’t have room service perhaps because it was understaffed. Hood price overall.

Amazing place to spend your time. Only kitchen does not have any kind of burner.

Very clean, very convenient location near the train station, excellent staff. Would stay again, definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience in Florence! Will comeback again! When I compared to the hotel in downtown, this one is my favourite, spacious, clean and helpful staff. Florence is a small town, just need 20mins walk than is totally fine.

Location is a bit outside, maybe it’s better if you travel by car. Space is impressive, if you need a kitchen to cook. For solo traveler it’s not recommended.

Quite good. The staff are friendly. And there is a metro nearby. Good location. Hope come back to there in the future.

Nice Place

酒店的床單上有大片不明污漬，店主拒絕更換，告訴我們除非換更貴的房間。 空調和暖氣基本等於沒有，整個屋子非常非常冷根本沒法住人，估計夏天也會熱的要死。 前台的服務態度就是愛住住不住滾，嚴重歧視亞洲人。 來旅遊千萬不要訂這家酒店，你想想為什麼一樣的價格別人家15～20平米，他家能45平米，這年頭哪有天上掉餡餅的事。

旅館房間略舊，我們住最高樓層是天井，及有著高牆的陽台，看不到外面😅當初是因為距離輕軌站非常近才選擇此間旅店，晚上超過十點後櫃檯會休息，旅店大門會上鎖，需靠密碼開門。

Siamo arrivati in hotel verso le 22 e già la reception era chiusa. Siamo arrivati nell'appartamento prenotato che non era proprio il massimo di pulizia. Dopo che abbiamo parlato un pò abbiamo deciso di dormire e questo punto abbiamo visto che uno dei letti era tutto bagnato di urina. Abbiamo chiamato il numero per le emergenze ed è arrivata una cameriera tutta inorridita dallo sporco e dal puzzo di urina. Di corsa ci ha tirato il divano letto ed è corsa via. Il secondo giorno il proprietario ci ha detto che non era possibile perchè controllavano le camere tutti i giorni e per scusarsi ci ha offerto del vino da tavola che teneva per i turisti, che abbiamo rifiutato, chiedendo un rimborso per il servizio scadente, naturalmente rifiutato. Dopo una esperienza del genere che cosa si può dire.....
