Rooms are big but a bit run down. Close to Redi tram station, only 3 stops from the train station. Staff was friendly.

Quiet and safe. We booked a room for two. It was big and tidy. Nice experience overall.

If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it. First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :( However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room. Recommend this hotel 👍👍👍

兩層大房間，地下有張雙人沙發床，很舒服，二樓有間睡房。唯一不滿意的是洗手間也在二樓，爬樓梯不太方便。

火車站坐T2三站到酒店附近，酒店設施陳舊，房間隔音非常差，馬路上的噪音影響休息。計劃去佛羅倫薩跨年特意選這個有廚房的，但沒啥用，衹有少量餐具和微波爐。酒店供暖不足，衞生間的暖氣定點供暖，大晚上會突然停電，沒照明沒空調，房間非常冷。

房間非常大，有齊全的廚房設備和設施，洗手間有沐浴露洗髮水，沒有拖鞋和牙膏；都還不錯，前台方服務也不錯，衹是早餐就是送上客服，衹有一杯咖啡和一個牛角包🥐；交通很便利，附近有電車，去火車站坐電車衹要幾分鐘。

Appartamento molto carino e con una grande camera. Servizio può essere più alto. Colazione molto scadente e sopratutto si ha solo 1 ora per farla. Te la portano in camera e ti svegliano al mattino presto. Servizio devo dire molto pressione. Location vicino stazione e vicino centro

酒店的內部設施比起外部的平平無華來説，有點小驚艷了。房間超級大，還有獨立的廚房，步入式衣帽間。酒店門口過街，就可達成有軌電車去往中心火車站，步行二十多分鐘，可達聖馬可廣場。非常推薦！

服務麼，電話問前台要衞生紙，前台下班就沒送來。。。 但設施就如圖 壞掉的燈麼不換的！冷氣的控制板麪麼全壞掉的!！暖氣麼無法供應的，因為不是冬季!!!!
