Decent service, decent location. However I would suggest the hotel to do some renovation for the bedroom 🥹

An excellent 5 star in a fabulous locatio. Service is warm and professional and the room was exceptionally well appointed. Breakfast room with excellent service and a very good choice.

位置不錯，但是訂的房間和給我們的房間不一樣。房間有個很高的狹窄樓梯，膝蓋和腿腳不太好的人住到這種房間，真的會很慘！房間裏陰冷陰冷的，即使屋外的温度有二十多度。尤其是晚上會被凍醒。免費提供的一小瓶飲用水最多衹有200ml， 而且是在晚上才會送來。 前台的一位女工作人員應該是管理層的吧，表面上看着友好，好像是歧視中國人的。她對住店的美國人態度就不一樣了！當我們問她房間為什麼不是之前預訂的，她馬上不高興了。之後兩天見到我們都愛搭理不搭理的。

地段太好了，房間空間有點小，服務很好，早餐也十分滿意

位置很好，步行可以到烏菲茲、百花大教堂等，非常方便。 因為酒店處於老城區，房子比較古老，但是總體來説體驗不錯。

Golden Tower was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at in Europe. Rooms & lobby are very clean and comfortable. Rooms had great AC and were cleaned daily. The service is truly top notch from the front desk to the cafe/bar. Everyone who works there was helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. Truly 5-star service at a relatively cheap price. My fiancée and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Florence!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Helped us by all means and showed great affection to our baby girl. Location of hotel is great and has a solution for traveling by car.

Staff are the best! They’re seriously amazing and they go above and beyond with their customers! The room was very small for the price and that’s why I didn’t give a 5 stars. But the staff are 10/10
