The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. So full board was and extra Rs8000 and you could only have 2 glasses of wine or two beers included. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough. Our time at the hotel was rainy weather but we still enjoyed it with people like Sahil around. Thank you!

Well , what more can I say about this hotel 🤦🏽‍♂️, poor infrastructure, service was poor from the Resturant to the bars and room service! The only beauty is at night

Très belle plage, bon emplacement, joli chambre spacieuse. Il y a 2 piscines dont une très grande. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bon avec du choix.

這就是2000多一晚上的房間，不可思議的差，不要來希爾頓，老舊差就算了，這個房間是我們國內的賓館吧，千萬不要住希爾頓2000多一晚上的房間，太差了，實在看不下去，他們還説這個叫king room，怕是對king這個單詞有什麼誤解

酒店服務意識不太強，早飯吃着一堆鳥回來吃你的早點，蒼蠅啥的。不提供牙刷。需要你去要。水也是循環瓶裝水。很多印度服務員你叫她點餐。她都不搭理你。然後叫當地服務員過來點餐。總之再也不會來了。很差

酒店環境一級棒，訂的豪華家庭套房，房間空間也很大，帶孩子宅在酒店的最佳選擇，豐富多彩的活動，美麗的日落，準備二刷

Hôtel très jolie, personnel très accueillant et attentif à vos besoins Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et ils nous avaient réservé un plateau! Très belle attention, merci Chambre très confortable Piscine, jaccuzi ,espace mer au top Activités nautiques super agréable Cuisine variée et respect des cultures Petit bémol pour l'eau facturé aux cours des repas A recommander sans hésitation

酒店所在的Flic-en-Flac海邊有一大片淺灘，適合皮划艇、浮潛各種水上項目，看海上日落位置也是絕佳。房間清潔服務一般，住了三天都沒換毛巾，每天免費的兩瓶水並不主動提供，要打兩次客房服務才有人送來。

住了三晚,可以我們一直往外跑~沒有用完酒店設施。海灘的設備看起來很齊全,但是我們都錯過開放時間啦。酒店裡的棕櫚樹都很美很美~
