It's in a great location, close to the pedestrian street and the harbour. The upper floors have fantastic views.

Long waiting to check in, only one in the disk. Beds much to soft Ells OK

Nice hotel with great location. Unfortunately our stay ended with us having to argue with the receptionist because of what eventually turned out to be a mistake made by the booking system. The way the mistake was handled by the recptionist resulted in a very nice stay ending in a very frustrating manner.

Still the same standard as before, the first choice for business travel, forget it for vacation

Really too bad that you have to argue for having bought and paid for a room incl. breakfast, had to forward an email from Trip, where it was clearly stated that the room included breakfast.

Time was good. Room was okay. Ok for me. Parking was missing.

The hotel is overall clean and hygienic

Shower head was broken. Shower gel was empty. There was old dental floss hanging from the trash can and crumbs on the carpet. The reception only took note of this but saw no reason to change anything or to offer alternatives other than a bottle of shower gel.

Very good location. The receptionists were neither friendly nor helpful. We had a stop in the toilet, already at check-in and asked to change rooms, it didn't work. Instead they sent up a cleaning lady who tried to untangle the clog...we stayed one night there, never again. The breakfast was not great either. The room did not have air conditioning, so should have been equipped with at least a table fan. If you have the opportunity, choose another hotel.

The stay is good, clean, the breakfast is delicious, there are many choices
