Shower curtain torn, blow dryer broken, no drain at sink, complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. Overall the entire place is very run down and dirty. We left and moved to another hotel."

"Located in a commercial area, surrounded by other hotels. It's about a 20-minute drive from Cold Spring and a 10-minute drive from Beacon, which is convenient for visiting both towns, though there isn't much to see or do there. What was truly outrageous was the bathroom ceiling leaking. It was a terrible experience, especially considering the price of over 3000 a night for a weekend stay – definitely not worth it."
