Nice room and had plenty of space for two of us. It was nice to have an ice maker in the freezer in our room. Breakfast items were limited and they seemed to struggle with keeping up with bringing more food out. Room was not quiet, you could hear anyone that happened to be in the hallway. Also some outlets did not allow the ability charge devices.

The overall ambience of the hotel is average. It is clean. Our room was very nice. It accommodated the (6) of us nicely. The amenities are below average. The pool is very small. The hot tub did not function during our stay. The staff wasn't able to keep up with the hotel guest consumption during breakfast. There was zero coffee during the 45 minutes I was downstairs. The pool required maintenence that caused closure on a Sunday morning. While I understand the staff isn't at fault - the 5 children in my party were very disappointed.

Got up early twice couldn’t eat breakfast waffle maker was broken. Called and asked for towels didn’t get them. Strings of hair was on chair and pillow paid too much money for the service I was given

Front desk employee was efficient at check-in, even though she could have used some assistance. Hotel and rooms were clean, a bit dated though. Bed comfortable. Snow arrived the day before and the sidewalks were all still covered with ice.

Loved the layout of the room & facilities. Sofa had stains in the fabric. No hair dryer.

Originally reserved and paid for suite, one bedroom, kitchen, king bed. Received suite, one bedroom, Queen bed, accessible bathroom. Entire room saturated with odor of mold. Have stayed here many times--will no longer do so.

The hot tub is not working, and the pool itself could be a little cleaner.

There are cleaner, more updated hotels within the same area for about the same price. The bathroom was not clean at all. The doorknob on the entry door came off every time we tried to open the door! And on the last day of our stay, the water was shut off in the entire hotel.

I love Staybridge hotels they offer great value, however I’m not sure why I was put on the 5th floor during a construction on the roof. It wasn’t extremely loud but started very early and was nonstop hammering. Outerwear I would give it 5 stars for everything.

Great company, service was excellent, maybe a little more attention to detail when cleaning but other than that, I really enjoyed the stay...

My room had problems with the toliet. Had to wait a day to get it fixed because they had to get a part. The ice maker in the frig did not work. But overall not bad for the price.

Had water issue the whole stay , then day of check out no running water in the entire hotel.

The hotel's staff was courteous but overwhelmed, affecting the availability of basic services like housekeeping. The facility urgently needs renovation, particularly evident in our suite's damp carpet and lack of hot water, which is unacceptable, especially in a Midwest city during December. Despite previously overlooking these issues due to cost and location, the compounded problems this time, exacerbated by nearly doubled rates due to a local event, made the stay unsatisfactory. A complaint was filed, and a partial refund will be sought.

The amenities were more than expected for the price. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was fresh. The host at the front desk was nice and accommodating when had questions or needed something. We will stay at this location again in the future.
