The bed was great! I slept like a baby! Room was very clean and the bathroom lighting is really nice and warm. My favorite parts: customer service was outstanding. Everyone is extremely polite and check in went fabulous! The breakfast was awesome! I love their oatmeal nook, and their coffee was wonderful! Thank you for a perfect first stay!

I love this property it's centrally located plus the front dest staff is always so welcoming. I stayed here in the past for a business conference and Aleycia has always allowed me to check in early when available and make great restaurants recommended for my family and I. When in the area Fairfield Inn Indianapolis Fishers will always be my preferred destination.

Clean, comfortable hotel with a nice workout room and pool. The free breakfast was good. The service here is very good and their little “store” had a good variety of things including cold meds ( which I desperately needed). A shout out to Ashley at the front desk. Very customer focused!

This property was very nice and clean. My visit with my autistic step brother and the lady that checked us in was very nice and made his evening. I spoke with the GM and asked for a name to give but she wouldn’t give me the name. I hope she sees this and get recognized for her being a great staff!

Great place with one caveat. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The one issue we had is that the smoke detector in our room had a flashing strobe light that went off every 10 seconds or so, emitting a red beam of light. This isn't a problem until the night. The light is so bright that it literally lights the room up red for a split second, every 10 seconds, with no way to stop it. When telling the front desk clerk about this during checkout, they acknowledged that it is a problem, but that the fire marshal insists on them being like this. If this one problem could be resolved it may be a 5 star hotel.
