Nicole’s customer service is top notch. She went to bat for us when we had a reservation glitch - it all worked out in the end. Clean and comfy hotel.

Nice & clean room, good location

位置離主街近，離主要景點可以走路，但城市有起伏走起來會有點點累。一居室房有客廳，有廚房，全套的廚具、餐具非常方便。Otago大學非常美，有興趣可以參觀藝術學院，太美了！

有微波爐冰箱，去超市買東西回來自己簡單做點飯，很方便。熱水也很好，玩一天回來沖個澡很舒服。停車位是一個客人一個，多餘車輛收費。我離開的時候比較早，他們還沒上班，把門卡塞到他們門口盒子裏就好。

酒店在山坡上，適合自駕，可以附近超市買食材，有個小廚房，就是鍋具應該更換下（太舊） 床鋪有電熱毯，這個比較好，離開前一定把廚房收拾，物品歸位。

Very good experience. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. I would recommend and stay here again.

A great option in Dunedin. Walkable to the heart of downtown in 10 minutes and free parking onsite.

I would highly recommend The Palms Dunedin. The rooms were spotlessly clean beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Dunedin great location.

Perfect location. Studio was fabulous and spacious. 1 double bed then settee bed and single bed in lounge area.

Very clean, comfortable. Furnishings and room in very good condition. Windows were of very good quality and when closed, you could not hear the busy street noise right outside the window.

We arrived late and were able to let ourselves in with the key left in the lockbox. There was no one there when we checked out, so we left the keys in the Dropbox. This arrangement was fine with us because we did not need anything, but if traveling alone it could have been a bit unsettling.

Great place to stay in Dunedin, fabulous room with everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Extremely clean and very convenient guest laundry. Would recommend to everyone

Was a great stay, only downside was staying below very noisy people who were stomping & making heaps of noise until 3am which disrupted my sleep as i had to drive 4 hours to get home that morning. Other than that, it was great and id definitely come back.

Very happy with our stay for one night. Lovely clean room, with a great bed. Love the shower, not over a bath.
