Ansira Fethiye

We stay in Ansira for a week, the hotel itself is very clean and the room was very nice. The staff were absolutely amazing, always asking if we needed anything and helpful when we did need them. While we were there it was my girlfriend’s birthday, and I only mentioned it in the morning as we were leaving for the day. When we arrived back the whole team had not only cleaned our room as usual, but there was a sign on the door inviting us in, and the room had been decorated completely with flowers everywhere, at which point the receptionist turned up to wish her happy birthday with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit, a gift from the hotel. Needless to say she was over the moon. Outstanding. If you are working at the Ansira please make sure everyone gets out thanks. The receptionists Damla and Gurhan, and I he housekeeping Ozgul and Done. We thank you so much. On an extra note if you are considering staying here, there is an amazing Italian restaurant right below the hotel that does the best food.

This place has some of the best customer service you can expect from a hotel & that’s before you get to the quality of the deluxe rooms. The staff are always willing to go that extra mile for you & they did so with my elderly father & younger son after I fell ill in a resort in Turkey (shall remain anonymous). These guys went way beyond the call of duty & as a father/son, I want to thank the staff at Ancyra Suites - you restored my faith in Turkey! Highly recommend this place!

Excellent hotel with a lovely location. The rooms are spacious and the sea view rooms have a beautiful view. The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful and polite. This hotel is well within walking distance from the city centre where you will find a number of shops, restaurants and bars.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in! We stayed here for 4 nights and I would definitely come back again as it was so lovely here. Our room was a good size, a very comfortable bed, powerful & hot shower, some nice toiletries, tea & coffee facilities plus it was exceptionally clean. The wifi worked well and there was a fridge and TV in the room. The building is only a year old and all the fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality. I had booked this place specifically for the sea view and it did not disappoint. There was a nice balcony to sit on and the staff on reception were very helpful with good English. The cleaners were friendly and did an excellent job of keeping the place looking great. The only slight downside was the traffic outside which was noisy if you had the door open however with the door shut, you could not hear anything. The aircon was really quiet too so you could have it on when sleeping. It's only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Fethiye with lots of cafes and restaurants to chose from. It's not a really cheap place to stay but I think it is worth paying that extra for the high quality accommodation, view and location. We stayed in room with en-suite but you could have the option to have one with a separate lounge as well.

Amazing hotel..Everything was great. Öne of The best experiences I had staying in a hotel. Its very clean, perfectly desıgned rooms, great View, amazig staff.. I Will’i be staying here everytime I visit Fethiye..

We've just returned from our first visit to Turkey, we're so pleased we chose Fethiye and especially staying at the Ancyra Suites. Everything there still feels new and was spotlessly clean. It's in a great location across the road from the ocean, a few minutes walk from the harbour and Old Town in one direction, and some lovely restaurants in the other direction. The road is busy but didn't bother us. But the best thing about the Ancyra Suites is the staff. Gurhan on reception is an absolute star, so helpful and friendly, he gave us some good advice and just couldn't do enough to make our stay exceptional. On the rare occasions he wasn't on reception, his colleague was also very pleasant. And we must mention the two ladies who clean the place, again just so lovely, we would return in a heartbeat!

We only spent one night at this establishment, but wish we had more time to fully enjoy the comforts on offer. Our room was very clean and the furnishings were 'spot on'. With a view of the water and the attentive staff we really couldn't wish for more. The downtown area was just a short walk away and there was parking directly outside. Thinking of staying here- do it!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Spotlessly clean with really friendly and helpful staff. Bed and seating area comfortable and balcony nice to sit on to enjoy the beautiful view. Easy walking distance to the centre of town and lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

We have been in this hotel for two days and fortunately for us we were the first guests in it as it only opened yesterday. I would like to thank the owners of the hotel and its employees for the good reception and treatment. It was an excellent experience in all respects. The stay was comfortable. The reception and services are great. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Fathyah area to use this hotel suites, I will try to translate what I wrote to Turkish language on a separate comment as much as I can I would like to thanks spicily the manager Sinem Angay
