Nice room , it was for a honeymoon and they gave free upgrade as well, very nice hotel

Hotel de estilo clásico y muy bien mantenido, perfectamente ubicado frente al mar, la noria y el fantástico y gratuito Museo Arqueológico de Olbia. El desayuno es abundante y variado, y su personal una joya. Vistas excepcionales desde su terraza en el 6to piso, accesible con el ascensor.

Hôtel magnifique avec tout à proximité. Dommage que le parking soit vite rempli, d'autres parkings gratuits à proximité. Séjour agréable, je recommande.

This hotel is definitely 1st class and is very impressive. The hotel staff are so friendly; the room accommodations are lovely; be sure to ask for a room that faces the water and overlooking the Ferris wheel. The lights on the Ferris wheel at a pretty sight at night!

The best location - in the city centre, not far from the airport. Amazing view from the terrace. Clean, stylish comfortable room. Tasty breakfast. Polite, helpful and explicit receptionists. Small but convenient protected parking area. The only thing to improve - the breakfast time. It starts at 07:30 which in my opinion is quite late for business trips.

Super deluxe hotel old style with fancy rooms and large balcony. People were very friendly although their English is just average. Breakfast was a huge buffet. You might prefer to avoid rooms in front as they overlook a roundabout which can get busy.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was good value. The service was friendly. The location was perfect, only a couple blocks from the main corso. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. This is not a modern hotel. Could us a little facelift.

Everything about the hotel was excellent and contributed highly with the absolute satisfaction of our first time vacation in Sardinia The location was perfect. The reception service was exceptional, Elisabetta was our go to person planning organizing our tours, dining experience referrals, town activities etc. shout out also to Elena, Jessica and I can’t remember her name at reception who all helped with every details with smile and professionalism. We were delighted to stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to this part of the world we will definitely stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The position was excellent. Highly recommend staying there.

The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The hotel was spotlessly clean with very industrious and thorough cleaning staff, the room facilities were excellent and a technical problem with the phone in my son's room, which couldn't be resolved quickly, resulted him being moved to a upgraded room without any fuss by the hotel manager. The restaurant was excellent (amazing Angus beef steak) and the staff attentive and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and the views from the balcony are spectacular. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I would like to particularly thank Gessica, Elisabetta, Elena, Margetta, Daniele, Eleonora and Stefano for their courtesy and professionalism. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel

Please be aware of the breakfast staff, there are two men that work there. One slender and tall and the other short with a mohawk and silver earring. We stayed at this property for 4 nights in June 2024 and every single morning the shorter man with the mohawk made sexual advances on me during my stay with a friend. The first morning, he complimented me a few times and I thought nothing of it, he even came up to our table and tried using google translate to which stated 'do you have an ad?" My friend and I were very confused, but just figured it was due to a language barrier. Later that same day, we were taking photos on the property and we noticed he was probably on on break when he walked over and stared briefly while we took pictures again making us immensly uncomfortable . The next day at breakfast, he gave me a note asking if he could "give me a gift tonight", to which I politely declined and and he continued to give me unsolicited compliments during breakfast and continued to make myself and my friend extremely uncomfortable to even get up and get more food in fear he would come out from the kitchen and try to speak to me. As we were wrapping up, he then came up to me again and asked me if he could "pay for me for an hour and that I was so beautiful." Immediately after this, we went to speak to the manager and she went down to him Immediately, however, she never followed-up with us or even apologized for the continuous egregious behavior and unprofessionalism. By day three, we ended up skipping breakfast because we weren't interested in dealing with him after he tried to solicit inappropriate acts to me and by the 4th day we ended up sitting as far as we could from the main dinning area inconveniencing us and it seemed that maybe his manager did speak to him? I am saddened that this man ruined any sense of safety and comfortability we had at the property and the lack of follow-up that should have been done after we reported this incident. We also, spent quite a bit of money to stay here ＞＞$1,000 and was offered to form of compensation. For a 4 star hotel, we will not be staying here again as they seem to allow staff who sexually harass their guest's to remain employed. I also filed a complaint with my cc company and they said there is nothing they can do, so please DO NOT STAY HERE!! I also wanted to add that the property was alright, however, the air vents in the rooms need to be cleaned. You have been warned

Stayed here 2 nights on business. Lovely rooms, clean and quiet. Great location, near shops and restaurants and right across from the port. Perfect if you’re taking a cruise, or in our case, a great hotel for a flight crew. Highly recommend!
