Alex and Yasmine are two of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. The road is truly one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, their attention to detail is extraordinary. From the decor around the hotel to the little Fes hats on our bed when we arrived! They were so helpful in making sure we knew our way around and even had the staff meet us to walk us back to the riad because we were nervous about getting lost (it’s not that difficult but we have a bad sense of direction). I would go back here to stay 1000 times more if I could!

This riad is incredible! Beautiful, spacious rooms, and a perfect location. I absolutely adore the decor. Yasmine was such a great host from start to end. I highly recommend and only wish I was staying longer. I hope to return one day! Also, there’s one of the cutest pups in the world - Mimba.

Authentic, friendly , beautiful rooms and well run by Alex and Yasmine who are extremely helpful with all their knowledge of Fez and Morocco. It’s a great pleasure spending a couple of days in their Riad and enjoy their hospitality. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated.

Riad Le Calife was like a peaceful oasis for us. While Fez can sometimes be a bit intimidating and overwhelming, this Riad was always a place where we could slow down. Yasmine and all the staff are the best, super friendly, super helpful, always there to help us. The food was great, the room was great. I cannot recommend this place enough. The stealer of the show was always Bimba, the dog. Best arrival-commitee ever seen.

Simply put, we have never felt more welcome in anywhere we have ever stayed. Yasmine and Alex were incredible hosts, and have a beautiful and traditional Riad, which is excellently decorated. Yasmine and Alex go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and safe in the city, and options to explore the local area. Delicious food at the riad (some of the best we ate in Morocco) and provided great suggestions for other places to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Fes.

My wife and I spent three days at Riad Le Calife. It’s impossible to rate RLC too positively. The property, staff, location, amenities, attention to detail, willingness to ensure client satisfaction are outstanding. Two of three dinners were here and they were among the best dining experiences in Morocco. On every occasion our expectations were exceeded.

Being at this riad was a magical and otherworldly experience - in the best way possible. Honestly, the only place you should stay in Fes! The attention to detail given to the riad by Yasmine, Alex and the Calife team is made evident in its spectacular ambiance, meticulous cleanliness, delicious savoury and sweet eats, and carefully curated list of knowledgeable tour guides and restaurant referrals. In my opinion, the riad itself captures the essence of Fes. The entire team at Calife was phenomenal (incredibly hospitable, helpful, kind, caring, and genuine). My husband got ill during our travels and everyone looked after us as if we were family. Calife team we can’t thank you enough!

What a great place and lovely hosts. We felt at home. Yasmine, Alex and their team are wonderfull. Rooms are very comfortable and there is always a place where to rest like terraces. All is perfect. They can organize a visit of the medina with a guide, find a restaurant with someone to escort you to not get lost in the medina, both ways. We highly recommand this place. They also take care of helping you parking you car. High level of service and we were sad to leave them the last day. They really deserve the title of best place to stay at Fes. Salem
