We had to change rooms, the staff were very helpful and kind to us. The breakfast was lovely and the 2 rooms we had were both comfortable and no issues with anything.

I had a very distressing experience at this riad. The staff and owner physically prevented me from leaving the property after I raised safety concerns. I recorded the incident and reported it to authorities. I would not recommend staying here due to safety issues there is an on going case against this place

My family and I have stayed in this lovely place back in September of 2023 it is very clean, convenient and the staff will make your stay enjoyable and welcome they treat us like a king and queen. Recommended and definitely will go back again. Thank you everyone.

Julliette and her team are the warmest, most hospital people. They made sure we had the best possible stay, providing us with info and tips in Fez and are very flexible in times and late breakfast. They really have us a home in Fez during our five day stay. Highly recommended!! 👍✨✨✨✨✨

Great place. Abdul and his crew were very warm and welcoming to us. I would reccomend this place for everyone. The food was amazing, the very best couscous and vegetables. Also the roof terrace has a very nice view. They speak English and French.

I would like to share my wonderful experience while I was in Fez Morocco May 2021 at Riad Dar Guennoun Where shall I start the minute we checked in ( my wife myself and 2 other couples from USA ) Abdul who is one of the defendants of the Guennoun family was extremely welcoming very helpful and offered us the 3 suites with a beautiful Moroccan showers and nice flowers on the coffee tables The Riad is my second happiest place on earth after Disneyland very charming palace if you are looking for a honey moon there is no other place to be better than Riad Guennoun. Early in the morning you will think that you are in one of the famous opera when you hear the prières calls from different angles of the ancient town the food was excellent and very typical. I would highly recommend Riad Dar Guennoun in Fez for everyone Outstanding customer service and very safe Thank you Mr Guennoun for having us at your Riad and we appreciated every single minute we spent there We look forward to coming back to Morocco and specially Riad Dar Guennoun A. We booked for one night and, when we arrived, got an upgrade. The room was tastefully decorated, as was the rest of the riad. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay. The owners and the staff were very kind and helpful. Thanks again to Juliette and Abdul!
