The location is very convenient, right by the Tuojiang River. The boss helped with the luggage and booked show tickets at a discounted price. I was very grateful. He also upgraded me to a better room. It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony. However, the hotel's pricing strategy is: first publish at a high price, and then reduce the price if all the reservations are not made. The reservations made at the high price in the beginning cannot be cancelled, and the price difference cannot be refunded. It feels like people who booked many days ago are being punished. I hope this will improve.

Excellent experience! Very central location although not in a too noisy environment, considering the very commercial old town of Fenghuang can be very noisy until late. The staff is very friendly and eager to help, although it does only speak Chinese. The manager even offered me to join his dinner and to accompany him and his friend to a light and sound show downtown (although I'm not a big fan of those, I must admit I was very pleased and impressed to watch it). I totally recommend this hotel, which rooms are priced very fairly.

The hotel is located in the ancient city area. It takes 1-2 minutes to walk to the night scene area. The location is very good! There is also an observation deck on the top of the building, where you can see a super beautiful panoramic view. The room is comfortable and clean. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good👌🏻. You can navigate to the entrance of the hotel by car. There is a free parking lot🅿️, parking is very convenient. It is very convenient to eat nearby. It is recommended to stay at this hotel when you come to Fenghuang Ancient City!

The owner upgraded us to a king-size bed room for free, hehe. When we arrived at Fenghuang Ancient Town, an employee took the initiative to pick us up and help us with our luggage, which was great. If we were to find it by ourselves, we might get dizzy looking at the navigation, as there are too many alleys in the ancient town, winding and winding, so this is much more convenient. It was very clean, and the bed sheets and quilt covers were newly changed, with creases. The room was relatively clean and had no odor. I thought there would be bugs because the south is more humid, but there were none~ Hehe, it was great. There is also a small courtyard on the second floor, which is very beautiful, and you can go there to take pictures.

The owner of the team here provides warm welcome, advice and assistance with information. The atmosphere is wonderful because it is an ancient village with a river in the middle of it. We decided to come to Fenghuang Ancient Town on a whim. We didn't make any plans. After booking a room, we didn't expect to have many surprises. The boss contacted us after we placed the order, asked us how to travel, and told us the route from the high-speed rail station, which was very considerate. After checking in, he told us the map route in detail, and explained the food and entertainment reminders very carefully, which saved a lot of time. The trip to the ancient city was very fun. Fantastic room! So big and spacious, with all the features you could want. Jacuzzi was relaxing, and the a/c worked wonderfully. The staff were so nice and helpful, and made check in a very smooth process. Just note, you do have to walk a bit through the town to get to it, so with suitcases it can be a bit burdensome, but the owner can help you with how to find the hotel if you ask! Would stay again for sure!

We had a big room with a very big bed. The bathroom was big with a self-flushing toilet and toilet seat warmer! One wall of the room was just glass so we had a good view out, over some old roofs and windows, and a far view of lovely builidings on a hill. We had a long and narrow balcony with a view of the river, pagoda and bridges. Right below was the bustling street scene near the Hong Qiaio (Rainbow Bridge). The balcony has a couple of hanging bubble seats and even a small table and chairs. Just perfect for viewing the amazing night scenery and people-watch. (Based on an earlier review, we knew the noise stopped at 11.30pm so we had good nights' sleep). We were very comfortable and happy with our room. It was just a short walk from the shops outside the Ancient Town, so we could enjoy both sides of Feng Huang. The entrance to the hostel is hidden behind a costume rental shop, so it's a little tricky to find. The hostel also has a water dispenser for filling up water bottles. All I can say is the location is just the best for watching the comings and goings in the streets, with easy access for walking along the riverside, pagoda, bridges, viewing the performances on the river...yet near enough to pop into our comfy room to recharge.

The owner is friendly and very helpful, picked us up at the tourist centre and also help with the luggages. The place is very convenient, next to Fenghuang bridge. We can see some might performances from our balcony. There also have a roof top that can see a better view. Thank you, we had a good time in Fenghuang.
