Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

It is a very good hotel. Excellent service staff The rooms are nice, modern and spacious. I will stay here again when I come back to this city.

Best service, breakfast is good, and other half loved the evening dessert. Very helpful with our questions in regarding tourists areas.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, however we have trouble with the room aircondition. It turned off by itself after 3 - 5 minutes. The staff moved us to another room after one sleepless night. The marking on the light switches are terrible. How do we know that “Receiving” means turn on the light. The location is excellent, just 400 m. outside the Ancient City. This is excellent as other hotels which are in the Ancient City, you have to hand carry the luggages through the stone roads.

Staff is good, even we needed to depart earlier and not able to take breakfast but they arrange early take away service for us, thanks .

Location is good and walkable to all the tourist attractions and it is also queit, unlike most of the hotels along the river that could be noisy from the restuarants and entertainments during the evening or night time.

Clean and modern rooms. It is in a quiet location (3 mins walk to the entrance of ancient town) which we prefer because it feels very noisy inside the ancient town. Breakfast is good. Theres also tea breaks in the afternoon. Its also near good restaurants if you dont want to eat inside the ancient town.

這次端午假期帶家人一起來鳳凰小住幾天，早就有朋友推薦這家鳳凰最美🏨，這次迫不及待想來體驗。 一進入酒店就被酒店的風格所吸引，處處透露着主理人的設計元素，瞭解才知道這家店的主理人也是國際知名設計師，怪不得審美在線！完美的將古城的石磚青瓦和現代藝術相結合✅撲鼻而來的低調香氛，熱情的管家服務都已經讓沒有入住的我們好評連連‼️ 帶娃的我們入住的帶庭院的套房，帶有大大的浴缸，小朋友興奮的不得了，房間設施都是非常在線，很喜歡他們家不同風格的椅子，每個椅子都是很神奇般的坐着很舒服，有幾把椅子也是歐洲的網紅款👍 晚上帶娃去四樓的無邊泳池打卡，四樓還有1⃣️個獨立的lounge bar,如果不帶娃可以在4樓喝喝雞尾酒，坐在無邊泳池旁欣賞遠方南華山的夜景和鳳凰古城的喧囂。山不見我，我自去見山🏞️ 全房間的智能燈光很舒服，起夜小夜燈會智能的為你點亮，抬頭看房間內任意一盞燈都不會刺眼✨ 下次來鳳凰還要再來堂舍.見山😜

在古城待了段時間，古城真的很美，當地人也很熱情，這酒店設施齊全嶄新，衞生也做的很乾凈，酒店工作人員熱情大方，服務好的沒話説和朋友都很滿意本次的入住，地理位置優越，離文化廣場和古城都很近，周邊有商城南華里購物很方便，和朋友去裡邊的小酒館喝酒🍺，氛圍很nice哈哈哈，下次 有機會來古城還住這酒店

堂舍果然名不虛傳，不虧是鳳凰古城第一設計師酒店。風格獨特，服務温馨，一步一景。相信老闆也是非常用心來打造這家店。希望越來越好，前台小芳的服務讓人很滿意很温暖。表揚。下次有機會再來鳳凰一定會再選這裏。推薦！！！

第一次來到鳳凰，也是第一次入住堂舍見山酒店。無論是抵達前還是接送站以及入住期間的各類服務都很到位；前台小姐姐小哥哥客房服務人員都很熱情，而且酒店的整體裝修風格本人非常喜歡，遠離古城喧囂棒棒的，推薦！

酒店在鳳凰城裡，位置真的很好，去哪都方便，最重要的是酒店服務很好，每個員工都特別好，特別有禮貌，有求必應，現在這樣的酒店真的挺少的，晚上還有宵夜湯圓，很乾凈，被子也舒服 ，睡的很好
