Very personable service that adds value to our stay. Some outstanding staff who, for example, volunteered to drive us to the Feng Huang station for our departure to the next destination. And a very efficient & caring lady who ran the breakfast shift almost entirely on her own & still has time to be personable..

Good service from all the employees of the hotel. They were caring, friendly, and warm-hearted. Employees meet us and carry our luggage to the hotel by walking from QiFung Square to the hotel. We were welcome by a cup of hot tea.They offered to give us a ride to the train station for free on the day we checked out and even gave us a bag of gifts of their local snack food and some mineral waters. This hotel has an elevator, which is convenient for wheelchair and it's near HongQiao. The hotel even has a robot to serve us and bring goods to our room. The room lighting curtains aircond can be self voice control by virtual assistant name XiaoDu. Delicious breakfast at the top roof hotel, and there was a roof garden, too. Overall, it's an interesting hotel. My parents and I have a great experience there. Everyone was so nice. It would be better if you could build a slope at the entrance of the lobby, for the convenience of wheelchair and luggage bag trolley to go up.

This hotel's location is super strategist, just few hundred meters to Hongqiao, surrounding by restaurant,shop,photo studio, etc. Took didi from fenghuang gucheng bullet train station , arrived exactly at the front of the hotel. Owner to worker,they all are very kind and super helpful.The girl at the lobby hotel even helped us sent all the photos we took from the front photo studio and sent to our Weixin. We also got room upgrade, souvenir, free capuccino and free drive to fenghuang gucheng station on our way to Zhangjiajie. Really excellence hospitality👍👍👍

We feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay at HongQiao story mingsu. Ms Chen li zhi and other staff are very friendly and offered us beverages to keep us warm during winter. Would be back! Location is great with car access so luggages aren’t a problem. The breakfast is simple and sufficient.

The hotel is clean and well-kept. It’s just a 3–5 minute walk to Hong Qiao, very convenient. Service was excellent. We were once cheated by a taxi driver and left by the roadside—staff member 小龙女 personally came to pick us up and even drove us to the train station after we checked out. 四古娘 was also very helpful and gave great advice. They always tried their best to meet our requests. Breakfast was great—the noodles were one of the best we’ve tasted. On the day we had to leave early, the kitchen team kindly prepared breakfast 30 minutes before the usual time. All the basic amenities we needed were provided. Really appreciated the warmth and care from the team.

The staff is extremely kind and available. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect position to visit Fenghuang Ancient Town and located in a street full of good restaurants. Breakfast was very good, I suggest make it a little bit more international. We had a very good time.

The room was completely new, big and very comfortable. The place is quite and close to the main area of the town. The breakfast was really good and with a lot of chinese food options. The hotel is also close to the bus station. The only problem was that the staff doesn't speak english and it is difficult to comunicate, so they don't give us so many advices about anything.

The front desk clerk was very nice. He gave us coffee and sent us to the high-speed rail station. The room was also very clean. The air conditioning was sufficient and the hot water was enough. The view was not very good. It was very close to the house next door. The breakfast was normal. It was about a 5-minute walk to Qifeng Square.

The hotel is very satisfactory. It is very convenient to get there by high-speed rail. The front desk will call in advance to tell us how to get to the hotel by bus. The bus can go directly to the door of the store, so there is no need to drag the suitcase on the cobblestone road. They actually have an elevator to go up and down the stairs. The hotel is located in the middle of the ancient city, which is very convenient for going out to play. The hotel staff is very warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive. They provide children's toothbrushes and disposable children's slippers. What you can't imagine is that we took photos and put on makeup and returned to the hotel. There are makeup remover towels at the front desk. The aunt in the restaurant is also very awesome. The children I brought for breakfast don't like boiled eggs. I asked the aunt in the kitchen if she could help fry eggs. She agreed without hesitation. It's a hotel run with care. On the way back, the store manager saw that I was alone with the children, and she drove her own car to take me to the high-speed rail station. I wish you a prosperous business. Next time a friend comes, I will strongly recommend your hotel.

The B&B is very good. I booked it for my parents. The elderly are very satisfied. It is located in the center of the scenic area. There is an elevator and parking is available at the door. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast environment is very good. It is very convenient to go up and down the stairs. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful. The elderly called me when they returned home and said that they must give them a great compliment and thank them for their care during their stay in Phoenix.
