Nice hospitality, service is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious, food served is hot and delicious, staff is also friendly and couterious. Must stay if in faridabad and nearby location. Easy accessible

Room is not as per the cost. In bathroom geiger not available, you need to ask person to send hot water in bucket. Poor service. No breakfast till 9:00 am so if you need to move early, you have to skit your breakfast.

I had a pathetic experience with this hotel. 1. When i reached nobody was there at the entrance when i have extra luggages. 2. Room was totally uncleaned with bad smell. 3. There was no bath towels in the bathroom. 4. Bathroom hanger was broken. 5. Mosquitoes in the room. 6. Nobody was there in the restaurant at 11 am. 7. Untrained staff. 8. Lack of manpower. 9. Total miss management. 10. Risky switch boards in the room. Total disappointment. Hotel photos and reality is a big time difference.
