Hotel Family-friendly Yomitan

Very enjoyable stay during the colder month in Okinawa although we could not really make use of the swimming facility outside the hotel due to this season. But the overall experience was very pleasant with the free mini bar my kid enjoyed every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We stayed on an upper floor which was quiet. The extra money is well spent. The room had enough space for 3 beds. I may come in Autumn again and will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Excellent restaurants, I tried all three restaurants’ breakfast all so great value of money. I especially love the buffet breakfast really huge selection of food.

The number of drinks and juices that you can enjoy from check-in to 21:00, and the most happy thing is snacks. There is a nice lounge where you can enjoy prosciutto, smoked cheese, donuts and ruby chocolate with alcohol, not the usual snacks, but children can enjoy. There is a pool, and you can take it to the pool side and enjoy it! The breakfast was very delicious. The room was also very large, comfortable and elegant hotel stay.

This is my first time staying at Hoshino, so let’s talk about the advantages: 1. Yomitan Village Hoshino is built next to the sea. The room can see the sea and the sunset is very beautiful. The green plants in the hotel are very rich and well taken care of, and there are almost no mosquitoes. 2. The hotel has several restaurants, and the in room dining is quite unique and tastes good. 3. The hotel service is generally friendly and full of smiles. When a child had a fever in the middle of the night, he immediately sent us Bingbao patches. Let’s talk about the shortcomings: 1. The hotel room cleaning is quite average. I wiped the table in the suite we stayed in with a wet paper towel and it was all yellow. Then the hotel cleaning staff did not close the door to the room for us after cleaning. Once, the bathtub The water was not drained, and one time they didn’t even tidy up the quilt for us. 2. The hotel room is not suitable for babies. The metal bed frame around the bed is still very dangerous and small children can easily hit it. 3. The hotel's swimming pool is said to be constant temperature, but I felt extremely cold when I got in the water once, but the water temperature may vary from person to person. 4. There is no nursing room in the bathroom at the check-in area of ​​the hotel. When we went there on the first day, there was no place to change the baby's diaper even after he pooped. There were a lot of people checking in at the lobby, but after urging, they sorted it out and quickly let us go to the room. 5. The hotel facilities are not stable. The water heater in the hotel broke down the morning we left, and there was no hot water in the room. . . . 6. The breakfast type is very single and is the same every day. . .

Located slightly off the main road but easy to find via Google Maps (we drove a rental car ourselves). Plenty of free parking spaces. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan.

The room is clean and has everything you need~ The happiest thing is he has a washing machine and dryer! After going out for a day, the clothes are dirty and smelly... It can be dried quickly after washing~ Although the receptionist does not understand foreign languages, he also tries his best to communicate with the translator 👍 Check in late because the plane was delayed, thank you for your patience. Recently, it is recommended to add a usb socket in the room to facilitate charging~

Due to the late check-in, we drove here with the feeling of adventure, and there were no street lights in the place. The hotel is self-check-in, please reserve time. All the facilities in the room are advanced and thoughtful. I would like everyone to bring food here to cook
