Hotel Family-friendly New Delhi

Welcome to the Lalit Hotel in New Delhi, where the hospitality is as warm as a freshly made naan and the staff is filled with the most stunning girls in India! Seriously, the moment I walked in, I thought I’d accidentally stumbled onto a Miss India pageant rehearsal. I was half-expecting a judge to pop up and ask me to rate their smiles! Now let’s address the food. Oh, bhai! The food here should come with a warning label: “Caution: May cause uncontrollable drooling!” One bite, and I was hooked. I think I ate enough biryani to feed an entire wedding party! I mean, I was so full, I considered rolling out of the dining room like a giant samosa. Bring your elastic-waist pants because you’ll need them, trust me! And those beds! I lay down and entered a sleep coma that lasted a whole month. When I finally woke up, I felt like a bear who had just come out of hibernation—hairy, grumpy, and wondering where all the food went! I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! Just remember to come with an empty stomach and a sense of humor, so you can laugh off those extra kilos you’ll definitely gain. Trust me, you’ll leave with a bag full of memories and maybe a few extra pounds, but who cares? You’ll have stories that’ll make your friends roll on the floor laughing! --- **Hindi Version:** नमस्ते, ललित होटल, दिल्ली में आपका स्वागत है, जहाँ की मेहमाननवाजी गरमागरम नान की तरह गर्म है और स्टाफ में भारत की सबसे खूबसूरत लड़कियाँ हैं! सच में, जब मैं अंदर आया, तो मुझे लगा जैसे मैं मिस इंडिया पेजेंट की रिहर्सल में accidentally घुस गया हूँ। मुझे तो आधा उम्मीद थी कि कोई जज आएगा और उनकी मुस्कान की रेटिंग मांगेगा! अब खाने की बात करते हैं। ओह भाई! यहाँ का खाना तो ऐसा है कि इसे देख कर किसी भी इंसान का मुंह पानी-पानी हो जाएगा! एक बाइट में ही मैं फंस गया। मैंने तो इतनी बिरयानी खाई कि जैसे पूरे शादी के पार्टी को खिलाने का ठेका ले लिया हो! मुझे तो इतना भर गया कि मैंने डाइनिंग रूम से बाहर निकलने के लिए एक समोसा की तरह लुड़कने का सोचा। अपने ढीले पैंट्स लाना मत भूलना, क्योंकि आपको इसकी जरूरत पड़ेगी, यकीन मानिए! और वो बिस्तर! मैंने लेटते ही एक ऐसी नींद में चला गया कि पूरे एक महीने तक सोता रहा। जब मैं जागा, तो मुझे लगा जैसे मैं एक भालू हूँ जो हाइबरनेशन से बाहर आया है—बालों वाला, गुस्से में, और सोचते हुए कि सारा खाना कहाँ गया! मैं इतना आराम महसूस कर रहा था कि मुझे लगा मैं मैराथन दौड़ सकता हूँ या कम से कम फ्रिज तक बिना थके चल सकता हूँ! तो, अगर आप एक ऐसे स्थान की तलाश में हैं जहाँ खूबसूरती और स्वादिष्टता मिलती है और जहाँ बिस्तर तवे से उतरे पराठे से भी ज्यादा मुलायम हैं, तो ललित होटल आपका डेस्टिनेशन है! बस याद रखें, खाली पेट और हास्य की भावना के साथ आएं, ताकि आप उन अतिरिक्त किलो को हंसते-हंसते भुला सकें। यकीन मानिए, आप यादों का बैग और शायद कुछ अतिरिक्त किलो के साथ लौटेंगे, लेकिन किसे परवाह है? आपके पास ऐसी कहानियाँ होंगी जो आपके दोस्तों को हंसते-हंसते लोटपोट कर देंगी!

TBH I think this hotel is bit overpriced. However I'm not sure if that's the average charges for all these airports near to New Delhi Airport.  Location : Good, near to airport  Room : Good, clean, spacious Service : All of the snacks in the room come at additional charges. There's nothing much to eat nearby, and I think the hotel meal comes at a high price too. 

Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

Location and area It’s very convenient. Came here to stay for a couple of nights before connecting flight, good location close to airport! In the morning it’s only 10-15 mins drive. Aerocity is a wonderful developed area - so many lovely restaurants and cafes with quality food for all ranges! I was surprised for the qualitative variety the area offers available for short time visiters! Room Nice comfortable bed, quiet and nice view, comfortable chairs and sofa, nice air ventilation! Toilet and bathroom Very clean! Hot water supply! Powerful enough shower! Ground floor dining restaurant Offers a wide variety of food, quality and tasty! Breakfast buffet is especially impressive! Staff and working team It’s the second time I stayed with Holiday Inn in different cities recently. One very strong impression is that the team - may it be front desk, or at the restaurant - every one is so friendly, attentive, and always wants to ensure you are being well looked after. Amazing hotel with great facilities. The room was luxurious, with elegant decor and top-notch amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with promptness and a warm smile. The on-site dining was a culinary delight, offering a diverse menu with exquisite flavors. Every detail, from the pristine cleanliness to the personalized service, exceeded expectations. Truly, a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!

The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is good. The staff is cooperative. Cleaned very well. The main issue is the internet it is worse than 2G speed. I had a Zoom meeting and the internet was terrible.

Stayed here many times over the last 9 years. I believe it gives the best value for money and the location is much better if you need to be in the South.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Aerocity. The breakfast menu was excellent and tasty. The staff were polite and super helpful. We had dinner at Food Exchange and that was lovely too. Didnt get tine to use the pool, may be next time :)
