Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Exeter

Ukuran dan lokasi yang bagus. Tinggal selama 17 malam dan ada masalah dengan kunci kamar setiap hari.

Booked a Standard Double Room without breakfast. It’s possible that the room was fully booked but the property upgraded us to a Triple Room which was not an issue. However, the tv remote does require a full deep clean, as there appears to be build up of dirt.

Had a decent stay here. Service was a bit slow one day but quite fast another day. Could be a better in terms of amenties but overall a good experience

Stayed here as was close to the football ground. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities in close range.

The hotel location was great. I enjoyed my stay there and the services offered were awesome.

Ideal hotel for visiting daughter at Exeter uni.

I asked for hair dryer but the respond wasn't good. They ignored our request and made us waiting until 2 hours. The manager wasn't friendly when we asked for the amenities.

No drinking water provided, no slippers provided, can not find the dryer….unacceptable

Stayed at the Jury Inn for three nights. We found the reception team not very welcoming or particularly helpful when arriving and leaving the hotel. However the bar staff and the morning staff around breakfast time were very welcoming and friendly. We were told on entering the hotel that there would be no change of sheets, towels but if we needed something to ask at reception. Hotel was nicely located near the town centre so we didn’t have to use our car. Other than the reception team it was a very nice stay.

The location is perfect if you take coach. The room is new and clean. Good experience.

Close near bus station.

A nice place to stay🥰🥰 This is second time to stay here. Feel comfort everytime.
