Really great place for the money. Close proximity to marine drive. The host was really hospitable. Morning tea was also provided, which was also not mentioned. The room was clean, albeit a bit stains on the wall, but it was reasonable for the price. The bathroom was also clean. Overall, i would recommend it for cheap and comfortable stay near marine drive.

My overall stay in the property was excellent. The property manager, mr. Antony was very helpful from the very beginning. He is a soft spoken, genuine and helpful person. Location wise, it is quite convenient, easily accessible from airport. Nearest metro station is mg road which is within 500 meters. The room was quite spacious, clean, well lit and well ventilated. The property selection proved to be value for money.

Room was clean and neat. Staff members are very co-operative and polite. Complementary tea was provided in the morning. A news paper was also provided, which was really unexpected!

I booked a non-ac room for one day as i wanted to participate in a marathon. The room was clean and the staff friendly. I was surprised to note that free wifi was available since i had paid for a basic room only. The location is good as restaurants, pharmacy, market are all within walking distance from the property. The next morning i had to leave at 0315 am and the staff unlocked the shutter and opened the door without any fuss about the time. When i returned, i was able to buy a few bottles of water from the reception itself, and wasn't charged above mrp (unlike many others. The room was not pretty, and has seen better days but was clean. However, i was paying a nominal amount and one gets what one pays for. I liked that there were hardly any mosquitoes in the room (i found and killed one, the mattress was comfortable and didn't have bed bugs (so i was able to sleep well, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and not intrusive. This is a great value for money option and i will not hesitate to stay there again.

Centrally located with excellent customer service, especially Mr Raph who was there to support for any need at any time, comfortable rooms with all basic amenities and all of this at a very reasonable price
