Para wanita di resepsi sangat baik dan sopan, tetapi sayangnya staf layanan tidak terlalu baik. Sarapannya oke, tidak perlu reservasi, cukup keluarkan uang untuk sarapan di luar. Kamarnya ok, areanya luas, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, tetapi bantalnya terlalu tebal. Sayangnya kamar mandi kurang bersih, terlihat bola-bola debu di sudut, dan toilet kurang bersih. Untuk uang, kami berharap untuk melakukan sesuatu di tempat lain.

Nice hotel near park with cool bar and good staff. The private parking is the best thing in Netherlands. We have stayed with kids and they liked this place too.

The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Pro’s • Nice continental breakfast • Rooms are spacious, especially for longer travel periods Con’s • The bathroom doesn’t have any handsoap - when asking for handsoap I was initially asked if there was a dispenser next to the zink, meaning body and hair shampoo dispenser. There was no dispenser and Iwas giving hair shampoo and when I returned it the answer was, quote “ it is the only thing we got • Majority of receptionists (part from one very friendly and smiling young woman) were rude in their appearence and did not really seem to bother about giving any (good) service • Some of the beds are worn out, so you lay in u-shaped madrass • The brasserie is sold as a highend experience when the only highend and fresh is the potatoes. Service was pretty much non-existing and when it was there it was quite rushed. The fish was not fresh, but probably from freezer, the vegetables was deadly cooked, the salat came from a pre-chopped bag adm the only vanilla the vanilla icecresm had seen was a can of flavoured vanilla. Not to mention, when you order mixted ice cream, you expect different flavours, but I got 3 vanillas

Entire room was very clean, and the bedding very comfortable. It was also very spacious. The bathroom had a shower as well as a tub, which was nice. Also friendly staff. It looked like a nice restauant on site, although we didn't have a chance to try it.

Lovely and reasonably big rooms that are sufficiently big with a desk and armchairs to work and read for our trip of five nights.

We have enjoyed it very much . Very close to the campus, clean rooms, a tasteful breakfast and nice personel. ( the bar looks stylish in a really cool way). I will most certanly recomand the hotel to my friends.

De Broeierd is a beautiful, large old farmhouse built into an interesting and very cozy hotel with a very good restaurant at one end and a lovely "bistro" at the other end. Large outdoor seating areas add to the comfort. The rooms (we had two-level rooms with balconies) are spacious and comfortable, beds very comfortable, but you should be able to climb the typically Dutch steep narrow stairs up to the sleeping area. Our rooms had a few minor glitches (door alarm started beeping intermittently for no reason, shower could have been cleaner), but all in all we loved our stay here (3 nights) and would definitely come back. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Cozy old inn from 1830? Very comfy beds, pillows. Not said in description but has 2 levels! Sitting/Tv room and full bath on entry level, stairs to upper loft bedroom also with tv. Good thing my older legs still work well, tho trips downstairs to toilet in mid-night not so good for older folks. One strange glitch: booked and prepaid via Priceline (subsidiary of *********** I believe) they say Booking was invented across the street at Twenthe U!! Yet upon checking in, they had no record of Priceline booking!! Only after I gave them phone # to call did they resolve issue! Unreal!! Once in room had to call service to a. Close strange stuck open window b. Locate hidden buttons on reading lights c. Replace broken telephone! Second day had to walk back to reception 2x !! When my keycard didn’t work!! Staff was friendly and helped immediately, but why are these issues happening? Don’t they do this each day and know to check for problems? Ok guess I have stayed in too many hotels… Still, very cozy and sweet hotel and would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay - super comfortable room and a really wonderful staff who were welcoming and friendly throughout. Convenient to the University of Twente that we were visiting with our son. Great electric bike rental service meant to be able to explore the region with ease. Shower pressure Could’ve been a little stronger but did not check from the Pleasure of our stay.

Really cool hotel. My room had 2 floors and a nice little balcony. The staff was very welcoming,

When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was fully booked and it would not be possible to have dinner on site. We were not given the option for room service either. After driving for 6 hours, we had to then go find food. The hotel advertises two restaurants, but neither were available. The next morning, there was no hot water for showers. We were not given an explanation or an apology. Some of the worst management I have ever seen.

Not good. Room was not protected against noise, so moved to other hotel in the night. room in splitlevel which i do not like at all. Disaster stairs no light tight blending for the window no climate control Too expensive for no quality
