Ibis Marne-la-Vallée Émerainville

Stayed here for a few days to visit Disneyland. In General a good place to be, food is good and service is friendly. The one and only thing why you shouldn‘t come here or bring a big lock for your bags: some of your clothes may disappeare. We had a bag with dirty clothes and a nice jogging suit jacket my son (in our bag!) Both gone!!!

They disconnect water supply I request for 1 pm check out . Normally check out time is 12 . Room size are very small . If u have a big bags can’t fit in the rooms .

Well, the room itself is good. But my money had been taken 2 times, and I am still waiting for a refund. The bathroom was also a bit broken. And the water pressure not so good. We chose this hotel because we spent the day in Disneyland Paris. The location is good, only 20 min drive. We did not take the breakfast as I am vegan. There is no option for vegan.

All staff friendly and very professional. Best hotel ever. I have stayed in a few hotels in france over the years and payed alot more.This hotel from the cleaners to the receptionist and the chef get my 5 Star rating and i have already booked more stays. Thank you

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We requested a double bed and got two single beds pushed together with two separate blankets. The connecting door to the neighboring room has no lock on it. The bathroom door doesn't stay closed, it has no luck and hangs open no matter what you do. There is no rubbish bin at all. There is old food smashed on the floor of the lift and no one has bothered to clean it up. This place is not even worth the cheap price 😩

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le hall, l'espace bar et l'espace petit-déjeuner qui sont spacieux, calmes et lumineux. Le cadre est agréable et l'on peut y manger à toute heure, et même faire une partie de baby-foot. Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement varié et de grande qualité. On y trouve des pains, viennoiseries, gâteaux, gaufres, céréales, œufs brouillés ou à la coque/durs, saucisses, fromages, jambon, compote, fromage blanc, fruits au sirop et fruits frais, et bien plus encore. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Côté boissons, jus d'orange ou de pommes, café et variété de thés, eau. Quant aux chambres, elles sont propres, un peu petites, mais suffisantes si l'on ne fait qu'y passer la nuit. Tout le nécessaire tient dans un espace réduit, mais bien réfléchi. La literie est confortable, mais les oreillers un peu trop mous. Ils ne soutiennent ni le dos en position assise, ni le cou lorsque l'on veut dormir. La salle de bain est rikiki, mais là encore bien agencée. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de revêtement antidérapant dans la douche. Mention spéciale au personnel qui est accueillant, poli, serviable et qui nous fait sentir comme à la maison. En revanche, le gros bémol, c'est la proximité immédiate avec une antenne 5G. Étant électrosensible, j'ai eu ressenti une grande fatigue, des difficultés à dormir et des nausées.
