"The room was very small and there were not many guests checking in at 2pm, but I was given the last room near the laundry room and the road, which was very noisy. Moreover, the curtain is broken, the refrigerator is full of rust, the room smells very strong, and there are only two people staying in the bathroom. There is only one big bath towel in the bathroom, and it is very dirty!"

"Best Western Hotel chain is one our favorite chains to use, especially in smaller towns. I usually can count on good value, local service and some local advice, nice rooms, sometimes a bit dated, but still nice. The Elko property failed to deliver on all counts . It is best to just leave it at that and I hope that ownership decides to take another look on what their business plan is. We will not be back."
