White City Beach Adult Only

My friend and I are currently at this hotel and due to some negative comments seen on reviews via trip advisor and the hotel website, we were a little concerned. Well we needn't have been. What a lovely hotel, great food and lovely staff. Someone with mobility issues will struggle to get into the sea due to needing to climb down metal steps into it. The pool though is great and easily accessible with the entertainment staff ensuring fun activities for those that want to take part. Personally, we prefer the pier into the sea which does provide a certain respite from the heat. Though there is plenty of shade whichever location you pick. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. We had a minor issue with the shower and a technician was sorting it out within 30 minutes. If there is an issue, don't leave mentioning it until the end of your holiday and then complain. That's not fair. The food is plentiful and diverse. Lots of salad and meats with vegetables and carbs if you want. The desserts are incredible but don't expect ice-cream. If you want one of those, go to the shop just inside the main entrance doors and buy one. As ice-cream is only available in the afternoon. We have experienced a Turkish massage in the Spa downstairs which was very invigorating and more are planned. Beach towels are readily available every day. All the staff whether front of house or behind the scenes work very hard to ensure a perfect and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to the rest of ours.

Hotel overall good ,food could do better management need to spend more stayed at better .Waiting ,bar staff and maid service brill, beach a joke kept getting moved on because other hotels use then ,our hotel doesn't provide much space appart from beach bar ,staff lovely only limited space. Not much outside for food and drinks ,get a bus in to town ,better ,went on a couple off day trips very good ,Dolphin and sealion show fab. When we tried to pop in to near by hotels as they had signs up for markets ,security wouldn't let us in or treated us like criminals ,was unhappy about that ,Be aware it's takes about 2 and a half hours or more for transport from airport by bus.On way back on Jet2 driver stops off at a shopping park and told us to get off for 10mins we just wanted to go to the airport, this is wasn't good just to bring trade in people were tired ,wasn't told about this .the management asked us to do a review on the way out didn't speak to us while we were there for ten days ,the bosses were bossing staff around to much ,from what I saw ...

Boran und hasn't great guy will do anything for you,staff hard working entertainment great, pool lovely, room ok could do with iron and more space for clothes other than that great adult only hotel,beach bar good too .omar great laugh and hard working don't know how they do it in this weather.

Ferhat was excellent, he made our stay perfect.definitely make sure to say hello to him if your staying here. pool and the hotel itself is very modern and the rooms are lovely. this is also a clean hotel and i liked how our room got clean towels every day after it had been cleaned . not a lot of selection when it comes to food but the things we liked were nice, plenty of other options for food like burgers during the day. 10 min taxi to alanya centre too. there is also a beach nearby which is a 2 min walk with a beach club that belongs to the hotel . Bar staff are also very lovely and happy to make drinks that aren’t on the menu too. definitely would return. thankyou hotel staff we had a lovely stay.

This hotel was quiet, very clean with really friendly staff. There was a range of foods, entertainment nightly and a great beach bar and pontoon/pier for sunbathing and sea swimming. The pool bar was adequately stocked but small for the size of hotel. The pool area was immaculately clean with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. On first impression the bed looked small and uncomfortable however it was extremely comfortable. Staff would do anything asked from booking taxis to refilling drinks by the pool or restaurant. There is an on-site Turkish bath which offered a fabulous service BUT when I enquired was encouraged to book the highest priced package, pressure selling. The cheapest service fulfilled my needs … when in Turkey! There were plenty of reasonably priced trips and excursions on offer. On the negative side the hotel is fairly remote and to visit larger towns a taxi was needed between €10 and €13. The rooms were not completely sound proof which was only an issue on 1 night. The bar closed at 12 so late arrivals could not get drinks (although water, coke & fanta in room). The pontoon and beach bar were a short distance from the hotel, through a subway under the main road. I would return.

HASAN IS THE BEST COCKTAIL BARMAN EVER!! ASK FOR HIM FOR YOUR COCKTAILS!! This is our first time visiting in alanya and in turkey itself and we have been made to feel very welcome by all the staff, showing us around, introducing us to new foods and activities to get everyone involved. 5/5 stars!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 7 days. The staff were all amazing. Always ready to help. They were very polite and always smiling. We must say a special big thank you to Lutfiye at the Coffee Bar.She always remembered what drinks we wanted. She’s a credit to the hotel just like all the other hardworking staff. Also Omer at the pool bar was always smiling & was very friendly. He always made us laugh. Thank you for making our stay a very rememberable one!

For an all inclusive hotel for 10 nights around 1400 for two people this boutique hotel was really nice Amazing friendly staff Animation staff lovely and lovely people Happy staff Happy customers Food was decent - nothing amazing Struggled to get drunk off the alcohol Rooms spotless and clean with top quality air conditioning Couldn’t complain The transfer was long - Nearly 3 hours - would get private transfer if went again Overall a lovely holiday

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, some of the staff can talk English, public areas are very clean same as our room, the shop owners inside the hotel are really nice and helpful and friendly, the tour guide Fuat he is in the hotel he sorted out all our trips and at a good price he is there every day and is also helpful, great accomodation apart from no drink making facilities in the room and not allowed drinks or food in your room apart from room service, food is very limited same most nights there is a pool bar with snacks burgers and beach bar with snacks pizzas, throughout the day, no English fry up for breakfast, limited on drinks some u have to pay for, entertainment was good some nights ok the others, there is a motorway in-between the pool and beach but is a safe walkway under the road, beach is definitely beautiful especially for sunsets, not a lot to do in the area, bus stop on side of motorway, taxi 300TL roughly into Alanya, there is a few restaurants on the beach a bit further up the road,
