屬於夏天去海邊的度假民宿，房間不大隔音非常不好，但是離海邊近，樓下有自動販賣機隔壁有小餐廳喝酒吧。門口就是公交站，但是對於旅遊的人來講自駕比較合適。

It is a holiday homestay for going to the beach in summer. The room is not big and the sound insulation is very poor, but it is close to the beach. There is a vending machine downstairs and a small restaurant and bar next door. There is a bus stop at the door, but it is more suitable for tourists to drive by themselves.

El hotel está genial, desayuno bufete muy completo, ubicación y entorno muy bueno, la atención de recepción tanto en la entrada como en la salida ha sido inmejorable, muy amables y atentos… por poner un pero, el baño de la habitación estaba sucio y bajo nuestro punto de vista creo que no lo limpiaron de la anterior estancia aunque si habían puesto toallas nuevas.

The hotel is great, very complete breakfast buffet, very good location and environment, the reception service both at check-in and check-out has been unbeatable, very friendly and attentive… to put one but, the bathroom in the room was dirty and From our point of view I think that they did not clean it from the previous stay although they had put new towels.

We booked this hotel for its location, the fact that they offer half board or even full board and the bus stops right out side of the hotel that takes you into Valencia.  We chose a superior double room and half board we also booked lunch for Christmas day at a cost of €70 for two people.  We took a taxi from the airport at a cost of around €40 which was a bit expensive really but fast and friendly.  When we arrived although our room wasnt ready we made use of the restaurant for some lunch which was ok.  The receptionists are lovely very friendly and willing to help We got the keys to our room and I have to say Whilst the room was a good size there was nothing superior about it there was only a hanging rail for clothes no drawers ? I was wondering if they expect guests to hang their underwear up too ??   Another thing that puzzled me was the kitchen unit which has been installed ! With a sink fridge and kettle now whilst the fridge was very welcome drawers for clothing would be more useful.  They provide a kettle and cups and left enough coffee and tea for one cup each we sayed for 10 days and this was only replenished once if your not going to replenish it daily I wouldnt bother leaving any!.  The bathroom was lovely with a large shower but I agree with a previous reviewer that all the little plastic bottles are not very environmentaly friendly maybe an idea to install dispensers for hand soap and shower gel etc which can be re filled daily.  The only thing that was amazing was the bed the mattress was great and extremely comfortable .  Breakfast in the restaurant was  nice and a good variety,but the evening meals in the restaurant were disappointing,   the restaurant whilst attached to the hotel is really for the general public and the menu they offered was the same for the entire stay which for 9 nights there was no variety two thirds of the menu is fish which I dont eat ! The vegetarian options were unavaialable or discontinued and rice dishes only available if two people want to eat the same dish which limited my choice substantially although I enjoyed most of the food it got a bit repetitive after 4 days ! And the deserts were tiny portions served in the middle of a huge plate its not an a la carte restaurant !  We had also booked lunch for Christmas day and at € 70 for two people I was expecting great things this was unfortunately not the case the portions of each course were tiny I had ordered the pork for main which came with some mash    This would have been ok but what looked like a nice plate of food turned out to be a small portion of mash with some pork bones and very little meat the only savior to the meal was the tiramisu which was delicious they did offer all tables a free plate of prawns not sure why ?!! This we declined as I dont eat fish lucky for me ! My partner ate two and I had to ask him to put the pate far away from me as the stench coming from the plate was awfull this should have sounded alarm bells needless to say late

nice and comfy hotel, with well-equipped, large rooms. Great access to he beach and to the city itself, both by car and by bus. Good restaurant downstairs, reasonable roof-top bar. Nice selection of breakfast items, however the breakfast staff very uneven and one day everything was smooth and perfect, the other - rugged and bumpy. Apart from that everything was very nice. Be aware that, if you arrive by car, you may have some problems finding a parking space.

A fantastic newly renovated hotel, just steps from a pine tree forest area. The reception was outstanding, especially to mention Roxanne who was the most welcoming hostess.  We got a room on the second floor, both the sleeping room and the bathroom are big.. our accommodation had a large balcony so it felt very spacious.  This property also has a nice street level cafe.. very well decorated and good coffee and croissants.   To sum up, a very well managed hotel.
