GENEERAL IS GOOD. BUT THE SHUTTLE WILL BE NOT AVAILABLE AFTER NINE PM...WE HAVE TO TAXI TO HOTEL AFTER ARRIVING AT ELP AIRPORT

when we arrived to the hotel to check in at 00:30 there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to check us in. We waited about an hour to see if someone would show up but no one did. This cause me to load up my family again and go to a different hotel.

Food service on the second day was awful. The employee was slow and did not care about the people waiting to get some food

I detected a little attitude with the gentleman at the front desk. The over all vibe there wasnt plenty.

Rooms need new carpet all in patches furniture outdated restroom needs a remodel sink counter top cracked...breakfast was good employees were friendly

First of all, I want to say that the place is very nice, looking inside and out. Our room was very clean and spacious and very comfortable. The service was immaculate and the gentleman that welcomed us in was super nice and very professional, offering water and something to drink. We had some good breakfast, and then very happy.

Be sure to request a room on the back side away from traffic noise.

This is the 2nd time we stay here and I'm very satisfied with the rooms and the staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and smell great.

We just stopped to sleep on our way to California, first the pillows were smelly, the pillow case was clean but the pillows smelled of body odor. Then the people in the upper floor, when they walked around we could hear every foot step, more padding is needed to avoid that. Then in the middle of the night the air con started to make a loud rattling noise. We were in 316. So not much sleep was had, since we were only there for one night I did not report it to the desk clerk. Thank you

If part of the information provided to housekeeping when they come in included a list of rooms that would be checking out that day, I wouldn't have had a maid try to enter my room when I was in the shower. This should just be standard procedure. Housekeeping should not have to ask for this information.

Everything was good. The breakfast was great! The gentleman working the breakfast was awesome!

The employees were not very friendly at all. Will use a different hotel next time we go back.
