MilanGrace Inn El Nido, Palawan

Room is damp. There are ants inside. The water is smelly even after you keep it running for 20mins. The room is very small. The door of the bathroom is broken. The AC is not working.the ceiling fan is vibrating like it is about to fall. Worst accommodation.

Pros: -Near docking port -Flowing hot/cold mineral water -Common area where you can lounge, have some free coffee and dry your clothes. Cons: -Small room & bathroom -No water heater -You can hear loud noises through rooms, including what appears to be a washing machine in use late at night -Room we stayed in has toilet bowl that won't flush. -Some of the staff will give you cold shoulder treatment if you complain something that is not working (toilet that won't flush) -Some of the windows has leaks and water gets into some of the rooms when there is a strong rain -Floor is slippery when wet specially in areas where there are windows with water leaks during strong rain -Staff has no duplicate key so if you do not leave your key, they will not be able to clean your room or take care of problems. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and reported it to the front desk before we went to our tour for the day. However, when we returned from our tour we found that the issue has not been fixed and when we asked why they said it was because we did not leave our key with them even though they did not advise us to leave it with them when we reported the issue. -No choices for breakfast. -Breakfast starts at 7am but breakfast gets served around 715am even if you arrived 10-15mins before 7am and have presented you breakfast voucher -Servers need some training on how to better and properly serve. They don't always serve breakfast to senior citizens first.
