We had a smooth stay. Staff are accommodating and kind. The only issue is the noise around the inn due to its proximity to the town center. Overall, good stay and recommended. :)

Shocking conditions. The pictures say it all. The rooms are never cleaned properly. Enough said.

Its very nice i would come back again there hotel if i will back in el nido all the expirience was excellent. I love it the staff are nice and very warm welcoming and accomodating.

We had a really nice stay here. Clean and comfortable room, lovely staff and great breakfast. The road can be a bit loud but the noise dies down eventually. We stayed at a few places in El Nido and this was definitely the nicest while still being reasonably priced.

Really nice hotel. We came two days earlier and could reschedule our stay within minutes. We’ve booked a boat trip and the van transfer at the hotel. Super nice and really good employees that put the customer on the first place. I really liked the size of the bed! I think it’s 180 x 200 cm. As big as at home!

This hotel is great for the money. Service is excellent. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Will use them again in the future.

The hotel is average. I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are very small, cramped. The locker is just a name, not roomy, and there are no hangers for clothes. There was only one face towel for two! I have never seen anything like that. We asked for a second towel at the reception, they did not give it to us. They said that we were allowed one. Surprisingly! There was a TV, but it showed such interference and snow on the screen that it was impossible to watch. Consider that there is no TV. The hotel is located near the road, and it is very noisy in the room due to heavy traffic. The water pressure in the shower is very, very weak, it does not even wash the sand off the body. The cleaning in the room is very poor. They just made the beds and that's it. They did not clean the toilet at all. They also did not take out the trash, which is very strange. Breakfasts were not always brought at the appointed time, with a delay. At the reception we bought tours A, C, D. We paid for the tours, all the necessary fees. (ecological, for the big and small lagoons). As a result, tours A and C went great, but the third tour, half of the locations were repeated with tour C, and most importantly, they did not take us to the small Lagoon, they said that they were filming a Hollywood movie there, and no one 7. The fees for the Small Lagoon were collected at 200 pesos, but we did not get into the Lagoon (. And they did not return the money. From the pluses, I will note good air conditioning, the presence of a safe in the room, a good tasty breakfast. The presence of a cooler with water on the floors, bags of coffee, cream and sugar. There is free water at the reception. The hotel is not far from the bustle of party areas and streets. In general, if the price for the room was lower, then you can close your eyes to all the minuses. In my opinion, the price for the room is greatly overpriced. The staff is excellent, friendly

Quite an old hotel, with mold on the ceiling, ants in the room, and sometimes cockroaches running in. The air conditioner is powerful - it is impossible to sleep with it - the temperature is not adjustable. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. The hotel is by the road, so the noise starts early in the morning. There is free water and coffee. Breakfasts are normal.

Great for sleeping alone, town is within walking distance. You can choose breakfast 1 day before and indicate what time you want it to be ready. Excellent breakfast for the price

As soon as you change the mattress cover, the sheet slips and is not comfortable. Delicious breakfasts.
