We spent 4 days at the Barcelo Concorde Tunisia. We had a conference for our company ICTJ. The service at the hotel was impeccable from the beginning, the bellmans services, reception and the amasing guest relation service was carry with special attention and and special treats. to our needs with Miss Chiraz she was attentive without being intrusive. The hotel was an amazing add on to our stay, the food wasn't excellent, but The service from the attending staff was very kind, personal, attentionate and generous. The view is just magnificent We could not thank enough the whole staff and teams... Thank you! 🇱🇧🇹🇳

I stayed in Dezember for two days in that Hotel. The front desk was very friendly and they gave me a nice and clean balcony-room with a good view. The Room was very quiet and the bed was very good for a long and deep sleep. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious and the coffee tastes great. The staff was very friendly and did a great job as I had a small accident. They were all overwhelming helpfull. I will come again!

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. Special thanks to Yamina Jemai (Gouvernante Generale) for her amazing service.

Breakfast was ok. Cleaning staff was nice.
The room was very noisy. I could hear neighbours talking late at night.
The receptionist does not seem to care much about clients: providing with the bare minimum information and replying with the least words possible.

We stayed there for a week. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit old and run down. I particularly disliked the high and slippery bath tub. The whole room is crying loud for a refurbishment.
The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the lake and witnessing gorgeous and divine sunrises and sunsets.
Food was tasty and the service impeccable. The chef made us feel at home , asking for our input every day at breakfast.
I'll stay there again without hesitation.
