Hotel yang bagus di El Calafate. Jarak berjalan kaki ke jalan raya utama tetapi di jalan yang tenang. Terasa seperti Chalet Ski Eropa. Kamar kami bersih dan cerah, dan staf resepsi sangat membantu. Disebutkan secara khusus kepada Daniel yang membantu kami dengan Tur kami, terima kasih! Spa yang indah dan kolam renang berpemanas yang merupakan penangguhan hukuman setelah tur gletser yang sangat dingin dan berangin. Akan sangat merekomendasikan.

Hotel ini terletak beberapa blok jauhnya dari pusat kota. Sangat mudah untuk berjalan kaki ke restoran dan toko. Hotelnya nyaman tapi sedikit lelah. Kamar mandi kami mandi/berukuran lebih kecil. Sarapan prasmanannya enak dan memiliki stasiun omlet. Mereka memiliki kolam air panas dengan suhu sekitar 89° dan banyak mengandung klorin. Masih merupakan hal yang sangat santai untuk dilakukan setelah menaiki banyak anak tangga.

I was here with a tour group for a tour of Patagonia. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and in a very good location in El Calafate - within easy walking distance of the main shopping and dining street. The staff were welcoming but ultimately the service was just pretty good, not excellent. The rooms are *small* and my room in particular was very hot - there was no themostat in my room and the small window did not allow cool air to enter from outside. I asked the front desk for assistance and they brought me a fan, which was something, but in the end it just circulated the hot air. The bathrooms are old but functional. I think the rooms just need to be renovated to modern standards, but perhaps they don't feel pressure to do much since it is probably the nicest hotel in this small town. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner.

A modest aging property located in the small town of Califate that provides a convenient base for exploring the nearby lake and natural wonders. It looks quite stately from the lobby and exterior but the rooms and especially the bathrooms are long over due for an upgrade. We stayed for two nights at the end of January as part of a tour to visit glaciers and national parks. We stayed in a king room on the 2nd floor. While perfectly clean and comfortable it was definitely a step down from other hotels on this trip-comparable to a mid-scale spot in the US. Like other area hotels in Patagonia, there is no Ac due to the normally cool climate and heat is provide via antiquated radiators. Luckily there was a large sliding window to open but without any cross ventilation or fan to move air, the room felt stuffy. The small bathroom was at least 20 years old with outdated fixtures like the tub/shower combo and a tiny single sink with antiquated faucet and sputtering water pressure. Bath amenities were also very basic. Breakfast was included and while there were many selections, items were largely packaged and canned foods set out like canned pears, cold cuts, and processed meats and cheese. As I said, despite the woeful lack of creature comforts, as a place to crash for a couple of nights it was perfectly adequate.

Probably the largest hotel in El Calafate that we saw and the hotel is older and traditional in decor. Room was very large and comfortable and hotel had a lot of amenities although we didn't have time to check any of them out. It's an easy walk from here to restaurants in town. and there is a golf course across the street but don't have any details on using it. It's a nice property but just large so if you like more boutique hotels, you might want something different.

as a group we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights after a stay at Rio Serrano in Torres Del Paine- El Calafate would allow our group to see Los Glaciares national park- This hotel has 2 wings: 1. Old wing with "Motel 6" rooms :rooms are old, very small, 2 single beds, barely any room to walk around or to open up our luggage- The electrical outlets do not work, the pipes and drains in the bathroom are super old , and stinky- that was room 110 -all rooms on the ground floor and possibly on the upper floor are this old, un-renovated. we requested another room, we were given room 244 in the newer wing ( allegedly renovated) - room is bigger, 2 single beds, enough space to put 2 large pieces of luggage- My friend said: the bathroom in their room in the "renovated" wing stinks despite opening all windows. Breakfast: continental, omelet station is very good, dining area spacious- I would NOT recommend this hotel, definitely NOT at the price they charged us.

A very enjoyable hotel, with all the facilities as described. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are quaint but a couple of things a bit odd. There's a kettle but no cups, milk, tea, or coffee. There's no armchair, just hard wooden chairs at a desk/table. La Posta restaurant is great. Heating is more than adequate. It's a big hotel spread out over a large area.
