The house has a shared outdoor area with a large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, garden furniture and an outdoor shower where guests can relax and enjoy the sun. The apartment consists of a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace with a view of a pine forest, an independent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
