Back in May I wrote a review on the hotel as a long stay guest, with some frustration with the roof solerium,which we became aware on arrval,as its important we should have.Been tokd before we booked,allowing for time to decide or cancel, however the fact the hotel were slow to react until we did get through to the Manager responsible and things slowly improved but they could not fix everything,it would be wrong to condem the hotel on one area although important to us, just frustration and the lack of action,which was difficult for them to achieve in time span, however overall we enjoyed our stay in every other respect, the rooms,beach,pool area,general cleanliness was very good,while food was the normal dead sea fare but generally good enough to find something you want, Given the hotels rating and the cost,it went pretty well but if you only have english, sometimes that can be part of an issue to get things resolved, generally as in all hotels in the dead sea reception generally speak english and can help, worth noting. Long stay clients often psoirosis sufferers and skin treatments will especially be pleased to hear? If and when the solerium is put back to its usual high standard as in previous years for 2024 ?
