"Facilities: The room has a smart guest control system, and the toilet is also smart. The wet and dry areas are separated, which I was very satisfied with. Disposable toilet seat covers are provided, which is a nice touch. The pillows are comfortable. There's a sink right by the entrance, and the lights in the sink and toilet areas are motion-sensor lights, quiet and not disturbing at night. Cons: The toilet area lacks ventilation, so odor dissipation is slow. 😂 The hotel elevator requires a room card, which ensures security to some extent. I had acute gastroenteritis on the day of check-in and had to go to the hospital for an IV drip 😅. I didn't return until late at night, and no one was at the door, but a light was left on. Cleanliness: Satisfactory. The bedding is clean, and disposable toiletries and shaving supplies are provided, which is friendly to men. There are no disposable toiletries in the shower. Service: Warm and attentive, patient in answering questions. Environment: See photos; I really like the overall style of the room. The room window faces a building very close to the opposite building, and the curtains are single-layered without a sheer layer, making it feel a bit lacking in privacy during the day. The last picture is taken from the corridor window. The hallway lights were quite unique; I took a video. I found this hotel while driving through Ergun on my way to the grasslands. I booked it on a whim, and it was surprisingly good! The facilities were all quite new; it's only been open for about six months since 2025, although the rooms still had a slight odor. The service was excellent. Breakfast was on the first floor, and the selection was quite extensive, but unfortunately, I didn't get to eat much, haha. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"Downsides: 1️⃣ I called the front desk three times at night, and no one answered. Yet, they still charged a 100 deposit, though it was refunded on time. 2️⃣ I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower faucet – no instructions. Plus, exposed wires looked really dangerous. 3️⃣ The towels had black marks, clearly not clean. And the sheets had a slight smell of smoke (did they even change them?) 4️⃣ I left something behind at the hotel, and no one contacted me about it. Upsides: 1️⃣ The TV screen mirroring worked pretty well. 2️⃣ The game room had an 80s arcade machine with over 2000 games. 3️⃣ The space was quite large."

"During peak tourist season, we were able to negotiate an upgrade to a suite, which was great. The hotel isn't large, but Ergun lacks chain hotels, so I think this is a good hotel in the area. The room was very clean. The suite had windows on two sides, offering a great view of the wetland park's mountains."

"The room is in a residential complex; it's quite large, clean, and fully equipped, with an elevator. However, parking seems to be limited to the alleyway right next to the entrance, even though the area behind the building is quite empty—the owner said those are reserved spaces for other people. I wonder where I'll be able to park if a car tries to park right next to the alley. Otherwise, it's pretty good."

"Very unique homestay, relatively clean! The owner is very enthusiastic and helps to take the luggage upstairs. The sanitation is quite good, no odor. Business is good, and many people stay in the off-season."
