"What a fantastic breakfast! We were stuffed, and the owner even packed up lots of food and vegetables for us to take home, worried we wouldn't have anything to eat on the road! So kind! The rye bread was so soft, and it was absolutely amazing with the homemade blueberry jam! (I ate three bowls of jam, haha!) The milk was freshly squeezed that morning, with lots of creamy skin. The sausages and pork liver were homemade, so delicious I ate two plates! There were also various kinds of pancakes, including potato rolls—we couldn't eat anymore, so we packed everything up!"

"The experience of staying at this hotel was absolutely perfect. We drove up to the hotel and found it difficult to find a parking space. As soon as we arrived at the door, the staff approached us and enthusiastically guided us to a suitable spot. Their attentive guidance instantly alleviated our anxiety about parking. From check-in to every step, every process was a pleasant experience. The front desk was efficient, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the most thoughtful thing was the free laundry detergent, which made washing clothes while out and about much more convenient. The fragrance in the lobby was a real bonus, making it relaxing and cozy while waiting or resting. The attention to detail was remarkable. I had absolutely no complaints with this stay. The value for money was exceptional."

"The room was clean and well-maintained with great attention to detail. The common areas offered complimentary afternoon tea and ice cream, and there were two adorable kittens that the kids absolutely loved."

Erguna Yundun Hotel

"Downsides: 1️⃣ I called the front desk three times at night, and no one answered. Yet, they still charged a 100 deposit, though it was refunded on time. 2️⃣ I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower faucet – no instructions. Plus, exposed wires looked really dangerous. 3️⃣ The towels had black marks, clearly not clean. And the sheets had a slight smell of smoke (did they even change them?) 4️⃣ I left something behind at the hotel, and no one contacted me about it. Upsides: 1️⃣ The TV screen mirroring worked pretty well. 2️⃣ The game room had an 80s arcade machine with over 2000 games. 3️⃣ The space was quite large."

"This is a very thoughtful hotel. Upon check-in, we were given a full bag of fruit, dairy products, and sweets. The room was very clean, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff patiently answered our travel questions and even took us to see the sunset. The breakfast was very rich, with fresh ingredients. The milk and millet porridge was delicious, and the hot and cold dishes and sausages were all tasty. Overall, I was very satisfied. If I return to Ergun on my return trip, I will stay here again."

"Our stay at the Ergun Grand Hotel during our Hulunbuir trip was excellent. The hotel is ideally located on the city's main street, surrounded by numerous restaurants, making it very convenient to find all sorts of local specialties within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, offering great comfort. The hotel breakfast had a rich variety, allowing us to sample local delicacies, so we were very satisfied with both the food and accommodation. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully presented our child with a local specialty gift, which made the little one very happy. It's not far from the Ergun Wetland, making it convenient for self-driving tours. Overall, it offers great value for money and is very suitable for family trips. If we visit Ergun again, we would definitely choose this hotel again, and we highly recommend it to friends planning to visit."
