If you want a great room at a GREAT rate in Edmonds, THIS is your place. AC/heater was great. Quiet as a mouse and highly effective. Bed was great. Water pressure was great and the water was HOT. If you NEED to complain about something, look elsewhere. This place was SUPERB value for money

Very pleasant stay. Staff is very polite and helpful. Bed is extremely comfortable and room is quiet thanks to a fan only feature on the heater.
Only suggestion is to maybe offer a little more on the breakfast (fruit?)

This motel was in very good condition. Nothing was fancy but everything was clean and in good shape. For the price I was very happy with it.

The owner is a great person and the staff are very nice.
I have been staying here for the past 6 years at least twice a year and this is one of the cleanest hotels.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
I highly recommend the hotel.

If you like firm mattresses, they have it. However it was too uncomfortable for us to sleep on. Room was clean, but next time will probably spend a little more to stay elsewhere. Got a non-smoking room and not sure about the ones next to mine but people were outside smoking and took forever for smell to leave.
