He also made every effort to verify my membership level to see if he could offer better privileges. After I entered the room, he didn’t forget to send a message to make sure everything met my expectations and that I was comfortable. He is a very considerate and attentive front desk staff member. I am very happy to give him my compliments, and I’m glad that this hotel has such an excellent employee."
