Such a great hotel for it's price. I never got a slipper and hot chocolate in a UK hotel room before. And stuff are very friendly.

Great location, easy parking and lovely helpful staff, but glad we got a good deal on the room as ours was looking very tired and could have done with a new carpet. I would have been disappointed with the room if I had paid nearly £200 for it.

It is just near the Spain Visa Centre. Everything is great. The room space is very big. But the bad thing is that at that night, the fire alarm was tripped multiple times at 4:00am and also went off three times after that which made people very insecure.

Have stayed over Malmaisons before so easy choice to make but the location was perfect with lovely walk from Leith to Edinburgh and the staff and food were fantastic. We look forward to a future visit.
