This place was awful. There is a phone to communicate to hotel staff, but when the fire alarm went off...we couldn't get a hold of anybody from the hotel. We tried for an hour, eventually we had an hotel guest call the fire brigade, even they couldn't get a hold of the hotel so they had to break some things. If you have loved ones and small children don't go here because it is dangerous. I am a nurse and was scared that if it was something serious....the whole place would have burned down. Also, Every door opening and closing was heavy and hard...sounding like it's right inside your room. Awful

This place is no neat and it is affordable for group of friends or families and it is clean and good..

This is not your place if you’re checking at night. There is no email from the hotel management about checking in instructions and we were stranded without the keys given for more than an hour. The reception number, although it says 24/7, it took me nearly an hour to get hold of them. The shower in the room that was assigned to us wasn’t working at all. At this point I didn’t bother getting hold of the reception because I just wanted to stay the night and get out of this place.

They didn't change the towels for a single day and to top it all off they didn't even place a paper for the bathroom. Also, to check in was a headache since they didn't give me the correct code

The place is centrally located with most of the city's attractions within a £10 taxi ride. The place is pretty basic 2ith clean beds and hot showers. There is no reception and you enter using a key code which will either be WhatsApped or emailed to you. Please call in advance in case you did not get the key code details to avoid last minute surprises.

由於家人不能行樓梯，訂房時已經留言，希望被安排至地下樓層，但仍被安排至酒店的最高層，而酒店是沒有電梯的。酒店是沒有 check in 櫃檯或職員的，入住時，需要以電話向酒店職員核對身份，但過程非常繁複，我在酒店門口，溝通了接近半小時，才能成功入住。 由於酒店內並沒有職員，我在沖涼期間，花灑突然不能出水，經過一番溝通，職員表示沒有任何辦法，亦不能維修，令我在寒冷的天氣下光着身，濕著等了近半小時，結果凍到感冒病倒。

不錯，比想像中乾淨，很舒適，地板一塵不染。

浴室花灑水極小，洗頭非常有難度。房間內清潔一般，搬開地櫃地下一大堆垃圾。

El lugar, si bien estaba alejado del centro, era accesible mediante bus. Asimismo, la persona encargada de gestionar nuestra reserva estuvo constantemente atento a si nos urgía algún problema. Muy buena experiencia personalmente.
