Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders beim Frühstücksbuffet war der Service perfekt aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

A fantastic hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped room ( Junior suit) A beautiful view from the room. A very good breakfast. A nice bar for enjoying a drink and very good service. The hotel is perfectly situated very close to the sea and town. A lovely beach and a lots of interesting shops and plenty of cafes and places to eat. I give this hotel my very best recommendations...

I have stayed here many times for the last 20+ years. The hotel is in excellent condition, with constant renovations. The rooms are newly decorated, and the showers have been upgraded again. Always more than I expect. The breakfast and bar staff are wonderful. And the location cannot be beat.

Stadthotel in Eckernförde is a very nice hotel. Very good breakfast and the barkeeper in the bar is very service-oriented. Walking distance to the town's pedestrian street and a few meters to the beach. Parking in the basement under the Hotel. We all from Norway can recommend this hotel.

We booked in this hotel "Stadthotel Eckernförde" directly in their webpage and for some reason the booking didn't go through. Luckily we called one day before to confirm our reservation since we had not received any email. After looking for our reservation they told us it had been kind of "stuck" in the system, didn't go through and we had no room and they had no available rooms anymore. They moved us then to their "sibling" hotel "Seelust" which apparently has fewer stars and they didn't even give us any kind of compensation. Our hotel room in Seelust Hotel, was dirty with spiderwebs on every corner, dead bugs sticked to the wall and dirty walls. Overall the service and people were fine.

Direkt am Strand gelegenes Hotel. Das Zimmer (Junior suite) war sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, prachtige kamer met zeezicht. Prima bedden, goed sanitair met inloopdouche. Overal airco, prettig. Het ontbijt was erg goed. In de avond in de gezellige bar gezeten, erg vlotte barmedewerker, veel gelachen.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut und noch ausbaufähig. Z.B. frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Spiegeleier, dunkles Brot und mehr veganer Auswahl. Mehr frisches Obst nach Saison. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Freundliches Personal, sauberes modernes Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart. Hervorheben möchte ich das mein Wunsch nach einer weicheren Matratze/ Topper sofort erledigt wurde. Schade ist, dass die Kaffeeportionen auf dem Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt werden ( gibt es nur 1x bei Anreise) Wäre schön wenn man morgens seinen ersten Kaffee auf dem Zimmer trinken könnte.

Eine schöne kleine Suite mit allem was man für den Start in den Tag benötigt (Kaffeebar etc.). Die Zimmertür zum Bad ist durch die Feuchtigkeit sehr mitgenommen und sollte erneuert oder überarbeitet werden. Das Angebot in der gemütlichen Bar bzgl. kleiner Snacks könnte erweitert werden. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne immer wieder!

Schicke Betten! Sehr nettes Personal! Sauberes Hotel mit bester Lage zum Strand und Einkaufsmeile! Tolles Frühstück gute Parkplätze Preis Leistung ist OK. Ein schöner Strand und viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. ☀️☀️☀️ Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wir haben 5 Übernachtungen gebucht. Wir haben die Penthouse Wohnung gebucht und waren sehr angetan. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und auch für einen kurzen Schnack zu haben. Wir können das Stadthotel auch aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Drehtürgriffe an den Badezimmertüren sind eine Herausforderung. Sehr unzweckmäßig wenn man schnell auf die Toilette muss. Ich kenne es eigentlich, dass es in den Hotels in denen es Croissants gibt, dass es die da auch die ganze Woche gibt. Das es bei Ihnen nur ab und zu ist, ist für mich unverständlich. Telefonisch ist das Hotel teilweise nicht erreichbar. Auch beim Auschecken am Morgen um 8:00 Uhr musste ich an der Rezeption mehrere Minuten warten weil keiner da war. Hier erwarte ich mehr für ein Hotel dieser Größe.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel in Eckernförde. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere Junior Suite mit Seeblick war prima. Frühstück war inklusive und sehr reichhaltig. Lage ist auch top. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand vor der Haustür. Wenn Eckernförde, dann wieder in diesem Hotel!
