Vivanta Pakyong is out of this world. It offers amazing hospitality, heavenly landscape and wholesome food. Special shoutout to Anmol, Sunita, Manjur, Dipesh, Amar, Durga and Krishant. Must visit for people looking for a calm escape and next level hospitality.

The most humble staff and friendly behaviour! I have never seen such helpful behaviour in any other hotel! I reached very late and yet they checked me in within few minutes! The food quality was amazing! I also did a tour of the property! I will definately come back with family soon!

Most comfortable stay in Vivanta pakyong. The staff is courteous and friendly. Property is really beautiful, cleaned and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary items. Food spread is huge and sumptuous. Just a small glitch is the small stretch to reach the property is patchy.

The staff at Vivanta, Pakyong was excellent....Right from Veronica, Kishan, Dipesh, Rekha, Munna and the GM himself, Mr. Gaurav Sharma.... Veronica was even soo helpful that our next stop was Taj Guras and we went through our check in formalities seamlessly all thanks to her and her communication with Taj Guras before we got there! :) The serenity and tranquility of the location of this hotel is mesmerizing ! Loved the entire experience and looking forward to coming back here very soon.... :)

Mesmerizing scenic beauty, impeccably well maintained property and at the heart of it all helpful, courteous and friendly staff - made our stay in Vivanta an unforgettable experience! The warmth shown by the staff will forever be etched in our minds. They catered diligently to all of our needs and went out of their way to source a few medicines that were needed in emergency for us.

Vivanta Pakyong gave us all that we were looking for during our short vacation in Sikkim, large well fitted and comfortable rooms with all the amenities one comes to expect in a hotel of this class. What made Vivanta special, and our vacation so wonderful were the people who staffed the hotel, warm, friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent. A special call out to Rekha & Bishen at the front desk / lobby who greeted us with smiles and always ready to help; Dipesh, Prem, Anmol & Anisur at Mynt and finally Durga at the spa who was so pleasant and provided an amazing aroma therapy session. While we had a wonderful stay at Vivanta and I have rated it very high, a word of caution those planning a stay at Vivanta Pakyong in the immediate future, the approach road to the hotel is presently quite bad in stretches. The earlier short and good approach road was destroyed in a landslide, a new approach is being built and there is a lot of road work going on and hopefully we will have a good road soon - of courts in the hilly terrain, one has to be prepared for narrow roads & hairpin bends.

-Good hospitality -Good property and clean rooms -Food has good taste , but limited options . -Having buffet for dinner could have been better. When we had full board in the package, we were told few food options were not included in the package. We were not expecting this from TAJ standard hotels.. - approach road was horrible.

The property is amazing, top of the hill, nice view, very impressive design, The road to come to the hotel is at the moment terrible, and bumpy but we have been told the work should be done by August… Booked a pool view…it was more a car park view with the pool at the corner…bit disappointed for a gold member innercircle At the restaurant they need to be aware as foreigners we don’t eat spicy like the locals, but the staff tried their best to undo the mistake and we were taking care off. Overall a nice hotel for a stay

Had a warm welcome by well trained front desk team of Abinaya & Dicima under the perfect guidance of Veronica with a smooth checkin to room by energetic Kisan. The well articulated airy bar lounge outside is still in our memories with best of services by Dipesh Sharma & his handsome colleague (sorry I am missing his name). Nature GOD was so kind for a perfect enjoyable weather. Chef Subhash Chhetri turned no stone unturned for motivating us to gain weight with his delicious dishes, which were very well served by smiling staff of Prem, Anmol & others under the leadership of Subrata. Whenever we visited lobby we were greeted with killing smiles of Pema & intoxicating eyes of beautiful Rekha. In short Gaurav kudos to your team and appreciate your dynamic leadership. Would love to visit again with all family once the connected roads are in well shape.
