Ulasan Holiday Inn Glasgow - East Kilbride

We travelled by car and our drive was just over 6 hours. I especially booked a King premium room as my husband and I like to still snuggle after 15 years haha and my daughter gets a proper single bed rather than fold out sofa bed. Anyhow, we get to the hotel, the check in lady tells me : " so that's two single beds and a sofa bed". I advised that this is not what I booked and paid for. The reception told me there was some glitch and this is all they have. They just have us a 30% discount which they quickly recouped with their expensive food. Automatically add almost £7 service tip without warning even for breakfast which is self service the shock!!!
