Hotel a bit dated. Hardly anyone at the front. It’s an OK stay, granted we weren’t physically there much.

Good location, staffs are nice and attentive. The amenities was old , busy maintenance well. Good value for many as I am looking for the apartment with kitchen .

On arrival, there was no booking. Cancelled dates, however, were located by reception. The dates booked was arrive 11th and check out on the 12th . This booking had been changed and trip.com sent confirmation. This had not been recorded. not the fault of the Wellington, but yours. Receptionist was able to retrieve payment for 10th. There is still another payment that has been taken from our account. I was promised this would be refunded in 10 to 14 days. I will be waiting for this. Fortunately, there was one room vacant and we did have a bed for the night. I will not be using trip.com for any further bookings. The Wellington is in need of some updating. Chairs in room were average. Mattress should be replaced. Showers should be updated. The Tv would not connect to any free to air channels without major interference. Luckily Netflix worked. Providing a continental breakfast for over nighters would be appreciated and hopefully a restaurant will be reinstated.I have been staying there occasionally for twenty-two years and see the detioration of what was/ could be a four-star accommodation.

The location was decent. I was disappointed to have a room on the ground floor and not the view of the skyline as advertized. The small patio area was luckily surrounded by thick plants because otherwise it was right next to the yard next door to one side and parking spots to the other.

Good location for the GABBA, 2 good pubs close by. The room was adequate, TV had no local channels, and struggled to stream via the android TV

Location was fabulous short walk to the ferry service. Great restaurant at the apartments & liquor store across the road. Even IGA in next street. Had a wonderful stay.

Large bed, parking, good sized bathroom and kitchen facilities including fridge and microwave. There’s a Thai restaurant in facility too. the accommodation is perfect to access town whilst representing value for money. I benefited from room at back of premises overlooking the centre of Brisbane. Supermarket and plenty coffee shops within a five minutes walk.

This property is fine for purpose, if you looking for something near to CBD, however window curtains were not cleaned properly and bathroom was the same.

I had booked a twin room with twin beds. On arrival I was told our room had been given away but they had given us a queen bed with a single. The single bed was a rollaway bed that was on an angle and very hard mattress, the balcony had a high wall that we couldn't see over and was very bare and not nice to sit on, and the bathroom had a shower over a bathtub that made it hard for my friend to get into (the twin room had a walk in shower). The room itself was very clean and had a full sized fridge and cooktop, and everything you needed in the kitchenette, the staff were very friendly and the location was great with public transport, cafes and supermarket all within walking distance.

The room was large for the price, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is close to the city, nice pub across the road with bistro. They have a great Thai restaurant onsite however it didn’t open until the Wednesdays, which was a shame as the food was exceptional, I would have had it every night, unfortunately only 1 meal there as I flew out on Thursday. I will stay again!

Not close to the airport $60 cab ride. Just needed one night before picking up car. $30 cab ride back to airport area to pick up car. ?

stayed for 5 nights and loved it. very welcoming and helpful, plenty of public transport and food spots close too aswell

The Hotel is well paced on a busy street but noise from traffic wasn't an issue. I came for the cricket and the hotel is an easy 15 minute stroll from the Gabba (cricket stadium). Very clean, comfortable with good amenities and self catering facilities if required. I would most certainly stay again next time I'm in Brisbane!
