I enjoyed myself! Upon arrival the staff were kind and readily available for any help we needed. Room was spotless and our stay was quiet and peaceful. But due to COVID 19 there was no complimentary breakfast, the gym and pool were closed, and also due to the two hurricanes Marco and Laura our trip was cut short because Red Cross needed the rooms. However aside from all that I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I’d definitely recommend it!

I liked that the room was spacious. However, it was a bit cold and the lobby was a bit cluttered. Still, overall, it was located right near the airport, so accessibility was good!

Lobby was almost as hot as it was outside, restaurant/ bar was located in the same area, sweating while eating just doesn’t work for me. Door to the room stuck so bad had to use your shoulder to open it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the snack selection downstairs consisted of cliff bars and some kind of cookie.. woke up early by talking outside my door, when I got out of bed to go use the bathroom after being woke up I walked through wet carpet and a half flooded room from a water leak. The rest of the morning until I left I got to listen to a shop vac run. Checked out and mentioned the flooding I got a head shake then asked if there was a discount for the flooding. He said he couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party but would have the manager call me. Still waiting on that call…….. I’m a Hilto owner and it’s ashamed I can book a room cheaper through Trip than I can Hilton

AAshley BarnoskyCustomer service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and trying to contribute to our enjoyable stay! I was impressed both mornings at breakfast, the manager came to check on our level of satisfaction. He genuinely seemed to care that we were happy. Speaking of breakfast... It's delicious! Fresh and favorable selection. Healthier choices and southern comfort yum! Their waffle batter was amazing! Very impressed. All good things to say. As a repeat guest, I would stay again. :)

LOCATED DOWNTOWN AND NEAR THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, THIS HOTEL IS THE BEST CHOICE IN BATON ROUGE.
THERE IS A FREE RIDE BUS TO MOVE AROUND AND YOU CAN ALSO TAKE THE LOCAL BUS, A BUDGET OPTION IF YOU WANT TO GO SHOPPING AT LOUISIANA MALL. A DAY PASS WILL COST YOU ONLY 4 USD.
THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND WILL GIVE YOU A WARM WELCOME.
BREAKFAST IS GOOD, BUT WE THOUGHT WE COULD FIND MORE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS WITH GLUTEN FREE OATMEAL AND ALMOND MILK WHICH IS OUR FAVORITE PICKS FOR BREAKFAST, WITH MORE FRESH FRUITS AS WELL (BANANA, APPLE ...)
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND INDIGO THOUGH, FOR LONG OR SHORT STAYS.

GGuest UserThe location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.

Sofabed was clean/comfortable and it can turn into two small beds or one big one. We liked it so much we booked the same room twice.

GGuest UserI booked the hotel and got confirmation form Trip.com about the successful booking. After a six hours drive with little kids, we arrived at 8.20 pm and got told that the hotel is booked out. Middle of the night we had to find another hotel for 5 people in Baton Rouge. Very poor job by trip.com....they did not even called us. As Elite member, I also shocked about the response from the hotel...nobody called, nobody cared....will not booked here again (either business or private).

The room was very large and had all the facilities one would expect.
The location was good, albeit a little far from downtown, however, at the price it was on a Saturday night, that’s a fair trade-off

童童The hotel is located on the edge of No. 12 highway, it is easy to find after getting off the highway, and on the edge is holiday inn express. There are gas stations and McDonald's nearby. The hotel lobby and restaurant have just been renovated and are very nice. The hotel room is also larger, there is also a swimming pool, and free parking. There is also a free breakfast. But the biggest problem is that the hotel seems to be in the stage of brand handover. It has just changed to a new brand, and management cannot keep up. In the first room arranged for us, I opened the quilt and felt that the sheets were not changed at all, so I asked to change the room, but basically there was no change of sheets. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and pillows, the bed The supplies were very old, and there were a lot of pilling and wire drawing. To be honest, I felt very sick at the time. I wanted to check out and change the hotel. Later, my family felt that the trouble would be gone. Then I found that the bathroom light was not on, so I called the maintenance staff to see that it turned out that there was no light tube inside, so I installed it. The toilet is not easy to use either. The shower head is also leaking and it is not closed tightly. The next morning, I found that the pillow that had fallen between the bed was wet, and only then discovered that the bathroom wall was leaking, and the carpet near the bedside was wet. No wonder there was a smell in the house at night. In short, the stay feels very bad. Although the price is cheap, if I can choose again, I will not hesitate to live on the holiday. Objective analysis, in fact, the hotel infrastructure is still good, the furniture seems to be gradually updated, if the bedding and room hygiene Do it well, it still has a certain appeal. I hope that the hotel can get on the right track as soon as possible and provide a good accommodation experience for travelers.
