This hotel does not exist. It closed down at some point in the last 6 months and they have stolen my booking fee (which they charged me for on the 1st of October). I am currently looking at seeking legal action against this hotel and the booking site unless they refund me and provide compensation for the extra hotel we had to pay for at the last minute.

Booked the hote l in April through Agoda for a trip planned in October. Got a booking confirmation, and the payment went out on the day we were due to book in. Arrived at 2pm to find the hotel boarded up! Called Oyo customer services, who tried to ring reception. Oddly enough they couldn't get through! I was told my call was being escalated, and I'd be called back. At 4pm I received an email from Agoda cancelling my booking and offering help with finding somewhere else. I'm still waiting for Oyo to call me back, 3 days later.

I booked this hotel by accident through the *********** app having searched dog friendly. I emailed to say I would arrive with 2 cute dogs. Immediate reply saying dogs not allowed. Same day as booking. I replied to say can I cancel. They said their policy was no refunds. I spoke to *********** who offered to write to hotel. Reply came back. No refunds. I phoned and spoke to man on reception who said manager Zara would call back. She didn’t. I phoned next day said same things and gave me her email. I sent her all the details of coming up in search copy of messages in *********** app from hotel and *********** I phoned and emailed from Monday to Friday. I had by this time booked Mallories which is dog friendly. After I booked in Mallories which is amazing 10 out of 10. I went to Shilton Inn. I had a lucky escape and don’t think I could have slept there. Zara was on reception. She denied getting phone messages or emails, said she had never come across my name. Said she would refund but I needed to get *********** to phone her and she would give an authorisation code. On the Monday I did that and was told by *********** they could t get through. *********** said that isn’t the process either. They emailed her and it was ignored. You will never get any customer service form this hotel.Avoid. *********** will not be used either

This homeless shelter shouldn’t be in any hotels search websites. I managed somehow to book in as they havent got even a basic PC and booking in a notebook , requires ID to be sent to their email (probably a loan will come your way ) which i refused and gave old employee’s card . A journey to the room is adventurous as stinks of **** everywhere, my room stank of fags and had no heating at all !!! Disgusting carpet and mouldy walls , so straight away booked another hotel and left this homeless shelter within 10 mins . On a way out was advised by one of the residents dont forget to lock the room or all my stuff will be gone (actually he was the nicest guy in the whole building and was actually homeless) . Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever been in!

Felt unsafe staying here. The front door was unlocked all night and the comings and goings from other people untill 0430. The hallway was dirty and rubbish on the floor. The room floor was not hoovered. The kettle area only had 1 cup and 3 loose tea bags.

Arrived at 12pm ready to book in as per website to be told book in is from 2pm only. Which was no good as we had an important appointment and needed the 12 pm book in to freshen up Reception was unmanned we had to search for assistance. Reception area was dirty and tired Hotel looks like a 1990’s bail hostel - people milling around in the front entrance smoking. Carpark was unkempt and felt very unsafe and was a public carpark with abandoned cars rather than a dedicated carpark for hotel guests. There was graffiti on the walls - we weren’t prepared to leave our car here overnight. We only booked this hotel because it was the only one available at the time Fortunately we booked an alternative hotel in a better location. Avoid

Dirty , disgusting , appalling. We were given the keys to a room where the sink was full of dirty water with dead flies floating in it. We were offered another room with an adjoining room that had an unmade bed , filthy windowsill. How this place has not been closed down is beyond me. We stayed here due to limited accommodation as we had booked for party in the park in Leicester. I didn’t even have a shower it was so bad. !!

The room they gave us was absolutely disgusting it was filthy with mold around the bath the whole room stank we asked to be given a new room as we were not staying in that one if we could have found something else we would have 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Well....... What can I say..... We were let down by our original booking elsewhere so needed somewhere for myself and my son to stay just for one night. I don't want to be harsh and disrespectful to the people who work there..... But..... Surely they can see exactly what us the customer sees..... Dirty, run down, shabby and basically in need of demolition... The only bit that looked smart was the bar at the front I walked thru to try and find a member of staff as there was nobody in reception... There was nobody in the bar either come to that... So I popped my head in the kitchen.. And the two guys in there seemed confused as to why I was asking if there were any rooms available...? One went off to find somebody and after a phone call another guy turned, up who couldn't help and then a lady rocked up. We book in as its getting on in the evening and we basically just need somewhere to stay. We get given the key head up and thru the door that looks like it was last painted in 1983....into the room, the lock is all loose the door is in a poor state and what's behind is...... Basic..... The room was musty, which kinda masked the stink of **** that fills the corridor. I close the door and try and lock it with the latch in the handle and after several wiggles it works. I then reattach the self closing mechanism that's broken... Not really important I Spose after all it's only a FIRE DOOR.. So here we are me and my son, we are on a boys weekend away at Mallory Park race track so for him this is an adventure so he is kinda unaware of how crap the place is. I pop in the bathroom and within seconds the light goes off and I'm in complete darkness... There are no windows in this room.... I learn that the bathroom light is on a sensor and while trying to take a wee if you flail your other arm in the air the light comes back on for another 10 seconds... The same while you are in the shower. The shower is another challenge... Its connected to the taps and hangs off the wall about shoulder height.. I'm in no way tall so had to learn a whole new limbo showering technique. The bed... Well I've seen more comfortable looking ones in the front garden on council estates, the remote for the telly was missing but the nice fella downstairs said he would sort one out for us.... Apparently he had to send someone to buy batterys.... I'm not sure where they went for them but by morning they hadn't returned...? The pillows were I think A4 envelopes... Over all this place should be avoided at all costs...!!!! I'm could make an assumption that the rest of the "residents" are placed there by the local authorities...saying that I am in no way judging people who find themselves in this position. I genuinely belive if the government tried to house people from small boats here they would refuse to stay there...!!!! As I say the people working there can only work with what they have..... Sadly this isn't a lot.... It's hard to write a review as negative as this but gen

This as said by many,is a squaller of a place.it cannot even be classed as a hotel.stayed here 6 times hopping it would improve but instead it gets worse,dirty,broken times shower disgusting,1 stay only a hand towel and no tv.another stay a tv but did not work as power supply plugs not working.no hot water on another stay.always dirty shower with tiles hanging off.bed sheet see through with a pillow the thickness of a book. Corridors are grim,it can be cheap,but surly it should have the basics,even the kettle was dirty. Speaking to other guests in pub a few doors up,they all said the same,with the locals all knowing about its very bad reputation.if you can tolerate squaller than go for it.but look at my photos.the picture never lies.the health and safety executive should pay a visit as well as the hygiene.

This place is one of the worst managed hotels I have ever stayed at. I did not expect much as it was cheap, but it was very dirty, the building is very tried and poorly maintained. The staff did not know what they were doing and did not seem to care. It is also in a very poor location with pub based karaoke noise amongst a lot of noise late into the night. Do not stay unless you have too.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in... ever. Absolutely the worst. Disgusting, filthy, accommodation with cheap, dilapidated and unsafe fixtures and fittings. I will be contacting the local authorities to advise them. This is no more than a run-down doss-house from a B-movie horror film. What on earth made me stay? I could have slept in a bus shelter and felt safer. Never stay here.

Underwhelming and under budget, black mould on the walls and dirty bathroom. Yellow stains in the shower, dry vomit on the wall and horrible smell had to buy an air freshener from the co-op across. Room was okay with clean sheets however the towels were not really clean and still had dirt on them.

This was a last minute trip and so we needed something booked quickly and boy were we surprised! This little gem was adorable, the rooms were comfortable and the management team were accommodating. After a long day of driving the bar was a lifesaver! We enjoyed a few cocktails and thought the ambience was great. For a last minute choice thank god we came across this hotel.
