Hotel is located less than 5 mins from Düsseldorf central train station. Train stations have few eateries like bakeries , Nordsee, pub like restaurant, DM to grab some food for the train ride. Continental Breakfast is also provided with room and is served from 0630- 1000. Basic amenities provided. Remember to pack your toothbrush, body moisturiser. There is a heater in the room, great for the winter season. There is no air conditioner for the summer. You can open the window.

It is an old hotel. I have no expectation as for the price I paid. However, if you are staying here for conference, you may have a better choice of hotel. The queue for breakfast can be troublesome.

The location was good. Near to halal restaurant and central station . The presentation of the breakfast is good and there are quality drinks. The breakfast keeps on replacing.

I choosed this Hotel for a 3 day stoppover next to the Mainstation Düsseldorf for an unbeatable price. Everything was fine for me, i will come back. Who is expecting a 5 Star hotel should book a 5 Star Hotel.

We booked a double bed . But when we arrived they gave us two single beds and then they charged extra for giving us a room that still had no double bed but 2 mattresses connected.

was likely an old hotel, probably one of the oldest. I was shocked by just how old it felt, but it was fine for a one-night stay

Near the station, and so many choices nearby like super markets, bar, resteraunts. Room is clean, I enjoyed 2 days there.

Great breakfast. Lots of selections. Definitely select the breakfast option. Near to the central train station and is just in front of the tram station.

I booked a Queen bed and they did not have those rooms available. I got a different kind of room, and I didn't get breakfast because I had to leave at 5:30 am even though I paid for breakfast. Trip support is great, but the hotel did not respond to my request via Trip support. The rooms are really poorly cleaned and very old style. The best thing is the shower room, the water was warm, but nothing else nice. No proper wardrobe, no clean floor and walls, no refrigerator even though there is a free space.

The hotel is no way Near 4 stars as advertised - maybe a 2 star at the most - the hotel is very run down. You should compare the price to other 2 star hotels or find another 4 star hotel. The rooms get very hot during the summer and there is no ventilation other than opening the windows to a busy street - so you get the possibility of not getting sleep due to noise or heat. Only some of the windows in our room had curtains so you get up early or you should bring face masks. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone
