I booked this hotel specifically because it says "Air Conditioning" in the rooms, I got to the hotel to be told "No we don't have air conditioning." Great start to a 31c day... I stayed in Room 123. There is a dial on the wall, it has - and +, it does nothing in this room and is actually broken, see video. My colleagues room turned on a small fan behind the vents when it was turned to -, it wasn't cold air but it did do something. That means it's probably been broke in Room 123 for months if not years. I did raise a maintenance request whilst I was there, nothing was done. There is a free "mini-bar" in the room, it contained 5 bottles. 3 were fruit drinks with over 24g of sugar per bottle, still water and sparkling water. The fridge was also barely cold, it's basically a cupboard in the shape of a fridge. The lightbulbs in the room were still incandescent, not LED, which meant as well as having no air conditioning they actually heated up the room. The TV was small and had no media setup for you to connect your own devices. The remote and TV are not locked down which means you can connect devices fairly easily but there is also only 1 plug socket behind the TV so if you want to plug in something that requires power, make sure to bring a socket extension bar. Big floor to ceiling window helped with the heat but relies on it being windy. The TV remote was dirty. The bathroom extractor fan made a high pitched whine. The ceiling in the toilet cubicle was botched together. There is a magnified mirror attached to the wall which perfectly caught the light into my eyes whenever I brushed my teeth. Water damage around the sink could do with some TLC. The towels are nice and soft, probably the best towels I've ever had in a hotel.

I do not travel a lot, but i know that all travellers can tell that they can divide the hotels with good and bad energy. This hotel is simple, with positive energy and cheaper than the others, but with the same qualities and offers. The girls on the reception are great, regards to them. Hope to come back again.

Only needed 1 room for 1 night, and was recommended to this hotel. Reception was good, bed comfortable and staff were very helpful. Free minbar was a nice gimmick ( soft drinks only) and room was generally well furnished Could not get the Wi-Fi to work, and the TV was limited to few channels. Value for money though was good and is ideally situated for Düsseldorf airport

Unfortunately, I am writing an unpleasant review for this beautiful hotel because of the staff at the hotel restaurant. The barman on duty on the evening of 10/05/2023 forgot my order (and this can happen, especially as there was a private event going on in the indoor hall); I had to request my order again after half an hour and he apologised and served me the drink without any problems. But at the moment of payment the problems arisen: I decided to pay by card but he didn’t give me the order receipt and as I claimed for it, he started to speak in German in an annoyed way (sadly German is not my language). I asked him to speak in English to understand his grumblings and he started to discriminate on grounds of nationality. At that point there was nothing to add or to say. I have already been a customer of the Meliá group in several of the chain's hotels and I have never found myself in this condition, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a 4-star hotel. There can be bad days for everyone, but in this case, I think it is just rudeness. I hope this review will help the hotel management to take appropriate action. The rest of the hotel staff seemed friendly and polite so I’m sorry I have to write a negative review just because of one rude person, who doesn’t know how to do his job, in the midst of staff who try their best. You are a 4-stars hotel and situations like these should be prevented.

Great hotel in the financial district of Düsseldorf. Good food, good staff especially Jose, he was super helpful. Comfy beds and super clean hotel, highly recommend staying here on business and I’ll be definitely returning. Only 15 mins by taxi from the airport at a cost of 24 Euros as well.

My mom and I came from the US and stayed 4 days at the Innside Seestern. The hotel was easy to find, near the train to go to the downtown! They were so kind! And even upgraded our room! The upgraded room was spacious, with great amenities. The gym was an excellent space to maintain my workout routine. The beds were super comfortable with firm mattress. I highly recommend the restaurant which had amazing food at all times! The modern bathroom was always spotless and provided all we needed: hair dryer, endless fresh  towels and high quality amenities. The staff was super helpful in getting us new towels, extra sheets, and providing guidance to get around the area. The staff was extremelly professional, attentive to every detail, they all spoke multiple languages which was nice since we don’t speak German. We had breakfast everyday and dinner a couple of times at the restaurant and each time enjoyed it very much! I highly recommend this place!!

This hotel is not that bad, but it misses a few points. Rooms are small and the open small bathroom does not make that better. No privacy in bathroom. For me too much a modern concept. Neighborhood soso and bit noisy. Though seating on terrace can be nice. Good bus connection to Bahnhof. Reception staff moderate rating.

Ruhige Lage, große Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ABER... - das Personal ist total unmotiviert, - es gibt nur 5 kostenfreie Parkplätze, - die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind zum Wucherpreis von 22€/Tag verfügbar, - die Zimmer sind nicht immer gereinigt.

Schönes, modernes Hotel. Wir waren mit vier Sportmannschaften dort. Der Sportplatz war sehr gut erreichbar. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch das Personal. Alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Auch einen Vielzahl an Kindern konnten sie nicht stressen.

Das Innside ist am Seestern in Düsseldorf eines der besten Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich immer um alle Anliegen! Besonders hervor streichen muss ich die Bar - Sabri zaubert die besten Cocktails und macht auch mal was es nicht auf der Karte gibt!

Das Hotel ist stylish, auch wenn man erstmal denkt, es wäre ein oberirdischen Schutzbunker. Die Inneneinrichtung ist erfrischend, interessant, die Zimmer überraschend groß, auch wenn das Beleuchtungskonzept im Raum nicht ganz überzeugt. Der Service an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich. Das Abendessen in hoteleigenen Snackbar war appetitlich. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es wenig Restaurants, weshalb man entweder weiter in die Stadt reinfahren sollte zum Dinner oder eben das Abendessen im Hotel zu akzeptablen Preisen bestellt. Für ein oder 2 Nächte ist das sicherlich kein Problem, man findet was Gutes dort. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und gerne unsere Empfehlung.

War zum 2 mal im Hotel. Das 1 mal ist schon pasr Jahre her…. Es war soweit alles super Frühstück TOP auch der Service Empfang Top nur das es Nachmittags keine kleine Karte gibt ( nicht jeder hat Lust auf die Bite Box) und Quasi sich die Gäste was kommen haben lassen zu Essen oder selber was geholt von woanders… Terasse blieb so wie man sie hinter lassen hat. Sich iegendwie keiner zuständig fühlte sie Abzuräumen oder Sauber bzw Tische abzuwischen, Aschenbecher auszuleeren. Bin selber aus der Gastro und mir fällt leider sowas auf, auch anderen Gästen die nicht aus der Gastro waren. Werde es trotzdem Empfehlen weil sonst alles gepasst hat und werd auch selber wieder kommen…
