Ulasan Mercure Hotel Duesseldorf City Center

Lumayan di Dusseldorf, kamarnya agak kecil, dekorasinya rapi, banyak tempat makan disekitarnya, dan di belakang hotel banyak resto Jepang, dekat juga dengan hbf, cocok untuk naik kereta. Kelemahannya adalah TV terlalu kecil, dan selimut yang diberikan ke hotel-hotel di Jerman terlalu sempit

Layanan sangat baik, staf sangat ramah. Tapi kamarnya terlalu kecil dan kebersihannya tidak terlalu memuaskan.

The location is perfectly fine. You can go to Little Tokyo and Central Station by walk. However, I think their rooms are not always cheap, depending when you are going.

Convenient location (close to main train station and easy to get to other parts of Düsseldorf).

Good location that is very near to the train station if that is the way you travelling by. One thing that bothers me about this hotel is that the doors cannot be double locked from the inside. So one morning I had the hotel staff just opened the door for room service while I am still around. He didn't knock, and I have no way to lock the door from the inside either. Very bad security for a 4 star hotel in this current day and age. Room is fairly basic, with no drinking water provided, and no amenities in the toilet. Won't return.

Great place for a solo traveler. Room was spacious for 1 person staff are really nice . Nothing to complain about

All things in the hotel are old! They should change everything! The elevator is not working very well, room should have refrigerator, the toilet is too small, room should have a safe locker, the towels are not new and everything in the room should be change because its old!!The price of 1 night is expensive !

Reasonable price with good location and nice breakfast, the problem is the room card is not very responsive, always have to go to reception to activate the room card.

Ich habe fast auf der ganzen Welt in Hotels übernachtet und habe viel Erfahrung. Dieses Hotel ist sehr schön(Nähe zum Zentrum) Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr groß. Wer schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hat, reagiert empfindlicher auf Selbstgefälligkeit. Wenn ich wieder nach Düsseldorf komme bleibe ich gerne wieder da. 在歐洲住過最差的酒店之一，離火車站不近，房間一股陳舊的味道。隔音差，走廊一點聲音都聽得見。門鎖很不牢靠。而且前台效率很低，沒有fast check out 服務，讓我們排隊排了二十分鐘，非常不人性化！嚴重耽誤了我們的旅程。關鍵是花了四星酒店的錢得到的是一星的體驗，性價比太低

老牌的商務酒店，總體評價還可以，位置不錯靠近火車站，早飯一般，酒店電梯非常小，房間不大，感覺不如附件的Center city或者holiday Inn. 連住近一週，老四星，好處是出門右拐就是中餐館

中央駅から近く、移動に便利。 クラシック シングルルームで予約したが、十分きれいな部屋だった。 ホテル従業員の対応も良かった。朝食も美味しかった。
