It was a Nice trip.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

房間很臟！令人很生氣的是那個男前台，給了我一間最矮樓層的房型！我特地和他説了要高樓層，他就是要給我這個説其他房間還沒有打掃出來，等我過去實在是覺得房型太差直接打電話給前台要求換房，然後他才給我換，我問他為什麼一開始不給我高樓層的，他説：“六點之後或許有更好的選擇。” 好油膩做作的謊言，直接一個差評給到你！

Отличный отель. Самые лучшие завтраки в мире. Есть даже оладьепечатающая машина - автоматическое приготовление панкейков. Чисто, уютно, недалеко от всех достопримечательностей.

交通位置和逛街位置極好！u78始發杜塞爾多夫火車站，中間經過國王大道（酒店站）和H.Heine-Allee（吃喝玩樂一條街），終點是展館。到展會也就半個小時左右（德國地鐵不準時，無法準確推算） 酒店出門往後dm和各種葯粧一條街，應有盡有。往前國王大道奢侈品。 然後連着H.Heine- Allee老城區，吃啥類型的飯都有。 好了講重點，酒店房間乾淨安全舒適，員工很禮貌熱情早餐還可以

這個酒店年代感十足 和國內的如家可做平替 地址十分優越 就在國王大道的盡頭 設施十分老舊 房間有味道 床還算舒服
